I have black dots of pimples on my back. How can I remove the black dots. Any cream suggest me sir.
Pimple leave scars degrading the skin texture and appearance To treat these: 1) maintain hygiene- wash your face twice daily with mild soap preferably dove or baby soap. 2) Wash Pillow Cover and Towels Regularly: Dirty pillow covers and dirty towels aid bacterial growth, leading to breakouts. It is very important to wash pillowcases, bed sheets and towels at regular intervals. It is also a good idea to frequently wash all makeup brushes and sponges to minimize the changes of spreading bacteria. 3) Keep your hands away from the skin. Do not rest the chin or cheeks on your hands or dirty surfaces, as this will cause bacteria to spread. Do not pop, prick or squeeze a pimple that would further spread the infection and cause scarring. 4) Aloe Vera- Rub aloe vera on pimples or pimple-prone skin. Aloe vera helps remove oil from the skin and makes it soft and healthy. 5) Ice- Apply ice over the affected area and get rid of pimples quickly. Ice freezes the skin pores and removes excessive oil and dirt that has been trapped in the pores. Ice cubes also reduce swelling and also smoothen the skin. 6) Applying honey over the face helps prevent pimples as well as treats them.

Homoeopathic treatment------------------ b. C.-20 (adel) chew 4 tab 3 times daily------------ a. C.-4 tabs (bakson) anti dandruff oil (wilmar schwabe india) apply atleast twice weekly. Leave overnight-------------------- venome shampoo (biovalley) -----apply twice weekly (if you do not get this shampoo im mkt then 2nd option is anti-dandruff shampoo (wilmar schwabe india)------------------------ bloome -201 soap (bioforce) use on face ---------------------- report me back positively after 15 days----there we will take a review for any changes---------------------------- getting rid of seborrhic dermatitis-------- 1. Use less shampoo. If you use too much shampoo, you increase the chances that residue will be left behind. Failure to thoroughly rinse out shampoo of the hair causes scalp irritation and flakiness. 2. Exfoliate your scalp. Getting rid of dry, dead skin cells is just as good for your dry scalp as it is for your face. Mix a tablespoon or two of sugar with your shampoo and gently work it into your scalp with the pads of your fingers. Avoid using your fingernails when lathering up, which can cause nicks or cuts. 3. Avoid extremely hot water. Hot water can dry out the skin and aggravate a dry, flaky scalp. The same is true for heat styling products such as a blow-dryer. Excessive heat can cause the scalp to become irritated and dry.

Hi lybrate-user, as you are suffering from psoriasis since last 5-6 years, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Thin Lips - This Is How You Can Get Them Pout Ready!

Thin Lips - This Is How You Can Get Them Pout Ready!

There is nothing more attractive than a voluptuous mouth bearing bee-stung lips. This is usually known as a natural pout which adds a certain charm to your smile. But what happens when your lips are too thin and you do not have a pout? There are many ways to alter the look of your mouth with the help of lip gloss and tricks of make-up. But these are not permanent solutions.

For a more permanent and long-lasting pout that will look natural, you can go for a cosmetic procedure that will be conducted by a cosmetic surgeon. Here are the details of this kind of procedure which can give your thin lips a beautiful pout.

  1. Lip augmentation: This kind of procedure involves the administration of fillers that will plump up the lips by giving them some extra volume. This volume will be spread proportionately throughout the mouth so that the proportions and the shape also remain intact. This will give you a well-defined pout.
  2. Substances: These fillers can be of various types, and made up of various substances. Synthetic dermal fillers are the most popular choice in this regard, and they are known to consist of hyaluronic acid or HA, which can give you volume and definition. This substance is usually found in the tissues of your body as well as the skin and its cartilage. Perlane and restylane may also be used.
  3. Procedure: The procedure is simple enough where the area will first be numbed with the help of mild anesthesia. Thereafter, the injection will be administered in small doses. The effect of the injection usually lasts for a period of six months, after which it will have to be renewed.
  4. Side effects: Like most procedures, this one too has a few side effects and risks that can be taken care of by the cosmetic surgeon who will administer the fillers. There will be minimal bruising, swelling and even a little bleeding right after the procedure. The patient will usually be asked to keep some ice packs ready so that this problem may be tackled easily at home. However, if the problem persists or gets worse instead of subsiding after a few days or a week, it may be time to go to the doctor to have it checked again.
  5. Protection: It is important to protect your skin after such a procedure. Ensure that you stay indoors for a few days, and even then, you must apply a good sun block when you to step out. You will also need to keep your skin and face well moisturised so that the lips do not become dry or chapped.

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Hello, dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take arnica q and cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with b&t anti- dandruff shampoo. Revert me after 1 month. Home remedies are as follows:- coconut oil helps eliminate dandruff due to its antifungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 1. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 2. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 3. Follow this remedy two to three times a week. Also take alpha liv, 2 tsp, at night after dinner to make your digestion strong.

I have a lot stress because of which I have suffered severe hair fall. My hair were as it is very thin but not less. But over the last one year they have become extremely less. Moreover the the dark circles are also severe. About my hair they are long in length till the back. Not of a good texture. While washing, combing, drying, even changing I see a lot of hair on the floor. Since I am a vegetarian my protein intake is very less. I haven't got my hair trimmed for almost an year because I fear to lose the little hair that m left with. The hair are specifically very less over the crown area.In the last 3 months I have gained 4 kg of weight. I am a roller hockey player but haven't been practicing the same since February, 2017 Of late I am thinking of getting my hair trimmed followed by a keratin treatment. Kindly suggest me what you think will be the best for my hair considering all the facts mentioned above.

Stress as you have mentioned is one of the biggest factor resulting in hairloss.Try to reduce your stress level by meditation, yoga and regular exercise.Certain dietary modifications like adding green vegetables , fruits and food with high protein content will also prove effective to boost your haor growth and prevent further loss.Avoid using any harsh chemicals on your hair as that may result in further damage. You may take biotin supplements and regular oil massage with a good hair oil.
