Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

tab dolo sos when temp. Is high, and get few test done like cbc, complete urine exam. Platelet count, mp slide for malaria and widal test. Back with report. Thank you

I've acid reflux all the time even on empty stomach. When I use restroom my stomach it's not completely empty. I get to go use the rest room again very soon. Every night I take antacid tablet before sleep. Sometimes my sleep is Disturbed by this acid reflux. I know I'm over weight I should below 70. But I'm 97. Is this ulcer? Which specialist should I consult for my problem.

Show to gastroenterologist do you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating 11. Check your Serum vitamin B 12 level and vitamin D level   its very important to check it every year or twice a year   there are so many psycho somatic symptoms related to these vitamin deficiency  and we don't get these through our diet properly. And if you need further assistance then post me your reports, ill defiantly give you huge information about all these  mind it lower range of vitamins (just above normal value) is considered as deficiency means if your value of vit B comes at  200 m mo  (value ranges from 150- 1000 m mol )  then this 200 is considered as deficiency of vit B 12   Symptoms of these may ranges from, tingling and numbness of limbs, pain in limbs & muscles, general Lethargy ,cracks and soreness on tongue ,Gastritis ,constipation ,worsening of skin problems, then after few months you may develop severe Anxiety  (palpitation of heart and restlessness, lack of interest in any work) without any cause, sleep disturbances, and Depression ,and lastly you may develop paraesthesis   (numbness of limbs) and then paraplegia (blockage of limb movements,  so little ignorance may leads to cascade of symptoms, so kindly do check these duo vit specially for your Children's and Elderly, they are more and more prone to develop deficiency of  duo,(elderly means, now a days above 35) If they are less then you will need to take these supplements Tab. Hi, for low b. P. It is advisable to give her lime water with salt and sugar twice daily. If she suffers from vertigo, make sure she rests and gets her 7 hours sleep at night. All the best.

I am 24. And I am working. And am having severe insomnia from couple of months. First I thought its happening for a period but it kept continuing. I try sleeping every night and wake up at the same time between 3 to 4.and do not get sleep afterwards. I feel extremely tired in the morning due to lack of sleep and unable to work. But I have force myself, and because of this am losing my appetite, I am losing hair, and having constant headaches. Please help, am too busy rn to visit a doctor.

For a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hi doctor. Meri beti 1month 5 days ki hai. Vo jitni bar milk leti hai toilet kar deti h aur thodi der bukh lagne lag jati hai. Kya har thodi der bad use doodh dena thik hai.

Babies on maa ka doodh agar pee rahe hain or poti golden yellow colour ki aur loose ho rahi hai, urine theek kar rahe hain aur weight gain ho raha hai to for poti din mein 15-20 bar bhi kar rahe hain to who normal hai, bachon mein gastro colic reflex hota hai aur wo feeding line ke turunt baad poti karate hain, it is normal.

How effective it can be is to be experimented. So take the doctors advise who has prescribed you. The hairs are basically a genetic character and so cannot be changed to a larger extent. Please maintain good health ( ideal weight ) by adhering to a healthy lifestyle. Eating a balanced diet ( with lots of fruits and vegetables everyday ) would be sufficient to stop the hair fall if it is due to deficiency of nutrients.
