Hello, I use to have pain near my neck I went to doc and got treated and doctor mentioned in report starting it's crucial issue in intermediate stage and i'm going for physiotherapy for traction and vibrational exercises, can you provide me further steps to prevent the problem.

Physiotherapy and neck exercises are must. Avoid continuous hrs on laptop//computer//mobile.//long hrs of sitting in one position. Do regular exercise.--have adequate sleep. For medical management you can ask privately.

u please take lots of water,if u don't like to plain water take juices,take small frequent meals,,cut fruits...n try to take slightly bland food nly but every two hrs once,take rest,,u must have dehydrated urself too much so ur feeling this...Take care..

Getting socially active is one of the important factors for controlling and quitting masturbation, as living alone promotes the activity of masturbation especially if a person is heartbroken with his relationship. Dear lybrate user, sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. I am a 52 years old Male and gets gout attack usually once in a year. Though I am able to manage it within 2-3 days by taking baking soda 2-3 teaspoon a day and ibuprofen 600 mg 3 times a day. I am a mild drinker consuming 90 ml liquor 3 to 4 times a week and take only chicken in non veg 3 times a week. How can I completely eliminate this problem. Kindly advise. Regards Nar Singh.

Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.
