1.Since she is suffering from 4 years, it could be due to peptic ulcer 2.I advice you to do an upper GI endoscopy after consulting gastro enterologist and follow the advice and treatment

Hi, take 5 small meals rather than having 3 big meals, include 2 fruits and 3 serving of veg in a day in your diet, include milk and milk products like curd, paneer etc, have sufficient water, avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, avoid fried and junk food, restrict to 2-3 spoons of sugar in a day, salt intake must be moderate, avoid heavy meals at night, for further details feel free to contact us.

Dark discoloration of the skin under the eye is mainly referred to as dark circles. It is also known as dark rings or shadows. Some of the main causes behind the formation of dark circles are heredity, aging, dry skin, prolonged crying, working for long hours in front of a computer, mental or physical stress, lack of sleep and an unhealthy diet. Both men and women of different age groups can have dark circles. Dark circles are not a serious skin problem, but they make people look tired, exhausted, unhealthy and older. You can easily get rid of unsightly shadows under your eyes using some easy home remedies rose water rose water has incredible ingredient for skin care. It rejuvenates the skin and has a soothing effect on tired eyes. Due to its mild astringent properties, it also works as a good skin toner. 1. Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. 2. Put the soaked pads on your closed eyelids. 3. Leave them on for about 15 minutes. Follow this remedy twice daily for a few weeks 1. Turmeric turmeric has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help minimize dark circles. It will also make the skin around your eyes smoother and softer. 1. Mix two teaspoons each of turmeric powder with pineapple juice to make a thick paste. 2. Apply this paste to the affected area. 3. Leave it on for about 10 minutes before wiping it away with a soft, damp cloth. 4. Do this daily until you get positive results.

I 42 years old, it seems I have some hormonal changes during this time, as I quit my job recently, now I am in complete depression. Sometimes my right brain have some severe headaches in frequency of day or two. Please suggest.

You are very unlikely to suffer from any hormonal issues at this age. Depression? Yes. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved. The headaches need to be investigated for any medical causes or it could be related to depression es[pecially if you have an anger-related depression.

My friend is 30 years old male. He is depressed all time because he is feel guilty. When he was 18-19 years he sleep with his mother when his mom was sleeping his hands was on her breast and abdomen. He was not in control. His mother does not know this matter. Some times he was doing it. One day he realize then he feel depressed. He is worried since last 11 years about this matter. He does not share this matter to any other friend and to his family member. Now he belongs to the deep deep problem. He is feeling guilty. Its effects his head is warm and ear is heat every time. Last years he goes to Kolkata Moner Alo institute, Dr. Take medicine Zaptra 25 mg. But no result this medicine. His matter does not share to the doctor. So what should I do in this matter. He is not alone to have had these problems of attraction to mother or sister and ending up in some activities which are opposite to soceital morals. There are girls who feel attracted towards fathers and brothers. When you are aware of some morals and act against to it you feel sad, angry, depressed which is natural. Holding these feelings makes you more sad. Try to forgive yourself so that you can move on. If he feels that he want to say sorry to his mother he can do that. Practice meditation, yoga, I am not so in favour of zapatra unless he is very very depressed. Hope this helps.

Heavy use of hair products, overwashing, overdrying, compromised internal health, and environmental exposure to toxins can all lead to an unhealthy, unbalanced scalp, characterized by dryness and the presence of dandruff. Try the following natural remedies to restore the scalp back to health and relieve these unpleasant symptoms. 1. Apple cider vinegar: Apple cider vinegar can be used as a hair rinse to soften your hair, but it can also be used to restore the pH levels of your scalp, and has been applied traditionally to relieve scalp flaking. To Use: Mix ½ cup of water with ½ cup of apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture over dry hair, or after washing, and rub it into your scalp. Allow it to sit for 15 minutes, then rinse. 2. Coconut oil: Coconut oil has many benefits for your skin, and can soothe a dry, flaky scalp. You can also apply it to your hair to moisturize and nourish dry or damaged hair. To Use: Melt a small amount of coconut oil in your hands and rub it into your scalp, covering the entire surface with oil. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes before washing it out with a gentle shampoo, like derma e Scalp Relief Shampoo or TheraNeem Shampoo. I like to give my coconut oil a boost by adding a few drops of essential oil (see suggestions below). 3. Shea butter: Shea butter is another oil that is deeply moisturizing and soothing for dry, itchy scalps or irritated, red scalps. It is also an amazing treatment for dry or damaged hair. To Use: Soften the shea butter in your hands and rub it into your scalp. If you want a deep moisturizing hair treatment, rub it into your hair as well, especially focusing on the ends or any damaged areas. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes, then wash out with a gentle shampoo. 4. Castor oil: Castor oil stimulates circulation and movement in your skin and tissues. It’s used in Ayurveda [link to Dermveda article] as a remedy for dandruff and dry skin, and also to stimulate hair growth. Because it’s a very thick and sticky oil, I prefer to dilute the thickness of castor oil by mixing it with a thinner oil like coconut, olive, or almond oil. To Use: Massage the castor oil (or a blend) into your scalp, allow it to sit for 30 minutes, then wash with shampoo. If you’re using castor oil to stimulate hair growth, repeat this process at least 3-4 times a week.
