Dear Mr. lybrate-user, your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 31.6 It Means You are obese. To obtain a normal body weight, you must lose between 15 to 20 kilograms. If your BMI is Underweight: < 18.5 Normal weight: 18.5 - 24.9 Overweight: 25 - 29.9 Obese: ≥ 30 You can maintain your weight between 70 to 75 Kg. Hello, as you are a male of 17yrs. So you are left with only 4 yrs. More to increase height. Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's height-aid or gro-up drops/ 10 drops and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.

Hello This is not a symptom of cancer. The chance for cancer to appear in a lipoma is very rare. Remove it if growing in size. The surgery is very minor. Otherwise you can try ayurvedic medicine to meltdown it.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Neck advice neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Take frequent breaks at work. Core strenthening exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck gentle shoulder stretching. Core strengthening exercises. Gentle neck exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.
