hello in order to gain weight, you need to do some workouts along with healthy diet and whey protein powder. start your day with peanut butter sandwich, take banana shake as mid meal. don't drink water before meals as it makes harder to eat. eat lots of fruits. drink plenty of water. take chapati with cheese curry as main meal. take veggies in form of salads. sleep for 7-9 hours per night you can see changes in a month for cold you can take hot coffee or hot milk with turmeric. thank u

Yes it will serious problem so maintain your posture should be straight keep your pelvic equal balance in sitting, and standing and if you hv fat on tummy so reduce that and do core strength exercise.

Khana time pe khaiye. Chawal bhi khaa sakte hai. Ap butter ghee wali cheezein bhi khaa sakte hai. Meetha khane se bhi weight bardta hai. Khane ka amount agar bahut kamm ho to thoda increase kare. But healthy rahein.

The medical term bronchial asthma is also referred to as chronic respiratory illness that causes swelling of the air passageways. The main factor that causes asthma is air pollution and it occurs due to allergic reactions of airborne substances.

I am 22 my brother 29 , he always insults me ,hurt me, think I am his enemy. Everyday we are fighting. I am tired for all of this. I wanna relief, trying suicide. But I am not enough strong to do it. My marriage is fixed in 2017. My father is dead. My mom , me n my brother stay in our house. When i'm sad , do not know why I am trying to committed suicide. Nobody should have the power to make you commit suicide. Your life is extremely precious and if your brother likes to bully, only you can allow him to bully you. In other words, you can be disturbed about it or just laugh it off. However, since your marriage is coming up soon why let him have any power over you. Be patient and get married peacefully and then you will be far away from your brother. He may be jealous of you for some reason or maybe he is missing his father and is expressing his anger towards you. Since the father is not there to control him, he may be losing control over himself for various reasons. Tell him about that and see what his reaction is. Talk to mom to intervene too. But do not​ take your life, it is precious to you.

Im 28 years and im having back problem after having my job at a call center. I have to work regularly from 9 am to 5 pm. Is it due to the sitting arrangement in call center or do I have any other problems. Any help would be appreciable.

Do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 7 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly use firm hard and even mattress for sleep do revert to me for further assistance best wishes.

Take a glass of warm water and steep a green tea bag into it. Remove the tea bag and pour the contents into the tray. Place the tray into freezer and allow it to form ice cubes take one ice-cube and rub all over the face. Just note before rubbing the ice cubes steam your face so that the pores get open and the goodness of green tea enter the pores. Do it twice a day in the morning when you get up and before going to sleep.
