Hello you have to need 7-10 physiotherapy session for cervical due to stiffness of cervical muscle it cause headaches. You kneed swd for 12 mints, ift for 15 mints. Cervical rom exercises. In home you take some hot water bottle fermentation. For 15 mints and front of mirror you do neck exercises.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Heel Stand Strengthens the front part of the lower leg with ank Strengthening exercise has many health related benefits which reduce disease and improve your functional quality of life including: •Improving your lean muscle mass. •Reducing your blood pressure which reduces your risk of stroke and coronary heart disease. •Improving your bone health to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. •Improve your glucose tolerance and insulin resistance. •Increase the strength of your low back reducing lower back pain. •Providing beneficial effects on lowering your total cholesterol. Below you will find 12 great lower body strengthening exercises to try. Have a chair handy for some of the standing exercises to help with balance. Pick two or three to perform when you exercise during the week. Strengthening exercises for seniors should be done at least twice a w 1. Ankle Circles 1. Slowly straighten your leg. Hold, then slowly lower. Repeat with your right leg. Exercises To Avoid A few of the following exercises can be done safely if you have chronic knee problems; they're on this list because they're more likely to be done improperly. Hi i Am 49 years old. After running 2 miles I used to do bab ramdev's few exercises to reduce stomach and side fats. That is raising the legs and making a big o like 360 dgree. Once perhaps I had a twist and not able to do it. Not able to properly raise the leg. If I apply force it gives pain near thigh joint right side. Three months I discontinued that exercise and now became obese. Stomach which was under control, now came out. Please advise. I do seating job. Please advise me. Thought it would go away. But am not able to do exercise.

As you twist pl do have clinically examined by musculskelotal physiotherapist or orthopadician asap to rule any stain or sprain in the hip joint and femur bone or if there is any vascularitis etc, so before that don't attempt any exercise as it may worsen the conditions if any best wishes.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1.Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2.Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3.Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. Take Mag phos 6x – 4 tabs twice daily for next 10 days.

I have broken my finger I guess, I am guessing it because I do not know its broken or just twisted because every time when I have to press anything even soft laptop button, its producing plenty of pain. I got this while catching a cricket ball. Its been one month since am having this.

You probably have a mallet finger. This is probably caused by the cricket ball tearing the tendon attachment to the terminal bone of the finger. You need to wear a mallet splint for 6 weeks to keep the tip straight followed by physiotherapy.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.
