You need to repeat the semen analysis from another lab. If it is still azoospermic that is, no sperms are found you need to consult a infertility specialist to determine the cause and need for further evaluation and treatment.

Hello- It is normal to leak out semen after sex, as only few drops of semen gets adhered to the genital surface of the female and is required further for pregnancy, rest of the part always leak out sooner or later. If you are having difficulties in achieving pregnancy, thn it must be some other reason (like improper sperm count or uterine factors in female) and not the semen leak out.

Hello lybrate-user it is not how many times one should have sex to get pregnancy. Its to have sex during the favourable period in the female. Fir a lady whose menses are regular the have sex from the 10 th to 15 th day of the menses. So have contact once daily for 6 days. Even then if pregnancy dosent cone then meet a gynaecologist for investigations. 2 years is adequet time for pregnancy good wishes

You need to see a ivf specialist who will discuss further treatment with you. If a blockage in his vas deferens is producing azoospermia it is correctable by surgery.

With pcod it takes time to reduce weight, so for this you need to do regular exercise along with dietary measure, i. E take healthy nutritious diet without skipping meals and drink lots of water and juices.

Hello, this can be due to contact dermatitis of a local myokymia which may be due to localized muscle spasm, can be relived with increasing your water intake and hot fomentation locally. Else you may take injection shots of neurobion 10 mg for covering vitamin b-complex deficiency.

Yes it is absolutely safe and legal to abort 5 weeks pregnancy in previous cesarean section. Dont delay it to 7 weeks or more then chances of medication working becomes less.

Hi, it depend on your days of cycle, if your cycle is irregular then to be confirmed by follicular study, usually it happens on day 14th of cycle counting from day 1 on start of menses. Its great that your planning for healthier progeny consider to plan well in advance so that you can spare time for detox to eliminate toxic n non toxic garbage physical n emotional too, to drain couple of hereditary issues.

Women handle a lot, from work to family and society to their own health. They also try to eat better foods, lead a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly as well. But despite trying their best, most women tend to make a few mistakes when it comes to their health. These mistakes are small and not too noticeable, but they can be quite harmful in the long run.

Make them aware about these common health mistakes now!

1. Not Drinking enough water: Ask any woman and she will probably know that she must drink 7-8 glasses of water every day. But most women don’t actually follow the rule and commit this sinful mistake. Drinking less water will make you dehydrated and leave you feeling weak. At the same time, it can make them prone to infections, including UTI and may make them cranky. Women must incorporate water-rich foods in their daily diet and ensure drinking more water.

2. Skipping Meals: Sometimes, women are just too busy to eat a meal and think that can cover up with a bigger lunch or bigger dinner later. Skipping meals can slow down body’s metabolism and cause overeating. This in turn can result in weight-gain, not to forget a variety of serious diseases. Eating more whole foods, beans, seeds, fruits and vegetables revs up metabolism.

3. Not eating enough protein: A lot of women are overweight these days because they make the common mistake of skipping protein. In their attempt to stay slimmer or lose weight, they avoid eating vegetarian or non-vegetarian sources of protein, which can reduce muscle mass and make one overweight. Plus, when women don’t eat protein, they tend to gorge on carbohydrates, which can increase their blood sugar spike and result in more hunger throughout the day.

4. Not getting enough sleep: Majority of women in the country fail to get enough sleep. Handling a variety of responsibilities and roles may result in getting interrupted and lesser sleep, which can cause premature ageing. It is recommended that adults, including men should get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep every single day.

5. Not enough calcium: Not having enough calcium in your diet may lead to osteoporosis. Women must not only avoid skipping milk products and foods that are otherwise rich in calcium, but also get enough calcium through supplements once they cross 35 years of age.

Hi lybrate-user Normally for first baby, it may take upto 22 weeks for you to feel the first kick. You may start feeling some bubble like movement earlier than that. Do not worry. It is an awesome sensation, and you'll never forget that first kick So enjoy every stage of the pregnancy.

Hi if there is rise in testosterone she needs to evaluated and examined by gynaecologist. If hair is on upper lip, neck she can go for laser treatment. No medicine is effective for face, don't apply anything coz hair comes again. First patient has to be on hormones and then laser.

कढ़ी पौधे का वैज्ञानिक नाम मुराया कोइनेगी स्प्रेंग है और यह रूटासी परिवार के अंतर्गत आता है। यह भारत के मूल है और आमतौर पर उष्णकटिबंधीय और उपोष्णकटिबंधीय क्षेत्रों में पाया जाता है। चीन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, नाइजीरिया और सीलोन जैसे अन्य देशों में इसकी खेती की जाती है। आम तौर पर कढ़ी पत्तों को स्वाद के लिए मसाले के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। आयुर्वेद में, माना जाता है कि कढ़ी पत्तियों में कई औषधीय गुण हैं जैसे मधुमेह, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट, एंटीमायोटिक, विरोधी भड़काऊ, विरोधी कार्सिनोजेनिक और हेपेटो-सुरक्षात्मक (क्षति से जिगर को बचाने की क्षमता) गुण।
यह  कार्बोहाइड्रेट,  ऊर्जा,  फाइबर,  कैल्शियम,  फास्फोरस,  लोहा,  मैग्नीशियम,  तांबे  और  खनिजों  जैसे  पोषक  तत्वों  में  समृद्ध  है। इसमें निकोटीनिक एसिड और विटामिन सी, विटामिन ए, विटामिन बी, विटामिन ई, एंटीऑक्सिडेंट, प्लांट स्टीरोल, एमिनो एसिड, ग्लाइकोसाइड्स और फ्लेवोनोइड जैसे विभिन्न विटामिन भी शामिल हैं। 
 

कढ़ी पत्ते के फायदे 
अधिकतर खाने के दौरान छोड़ दिया जातें हैं, लेकिन खपत करने पर वे कई स्वास्थ्य लाभ प्रदान कर सकते हैं, जैसे कि:
1. एनीमिया के लिए: कढ़ी पत्ते  लोहे  और  फोलिक  एसिड  का  समृद्ध  स्रोत  हैं। फोलिक एसिड मुख्य रूप से लौह अवशोषण के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
2. दस्त के लिए: कढ़ी पत्तों  अपच  समस्याओं  का  इलाज  करने  में  बहुत  प्रभावी  ढंग  से  मदद  करता  है। कढ़ी पत्तियों में मौजूद कारबज़ोल अल्कलॉइड्स में एंटी-अतिसार गुण होते हैं। कढ़ी पत्तों की चबाई दस्त और मितली का इलाज करने का एक अच्छा तरीका है।
3. पाचन के लिए: कढ़ी पत्तियों में कारमनेटिवे और हल्के रेचक गुण हैं और इस प्रकार, अपच के खिलाफ अत्यधिक प्रभावी हैं।
4. छाती और नाक में जमाव के लिए: यह विटामिन सी, ए और यौगिकों जैसे कैम्फेरोल जो कि एक बहुत ही शक्तिशाली एंटी-सूजन, विसंकुलक और एंटीऑक्सीडिव एजेंट है, के साथ पैक है। यदि आप एक गीली खाँसी, साइनसाइटिस या छाती में जमाव से पीड़ित हैं, कढ़ी पत्तियों से श्लेष्म के जमाव को रिलीज करने में मदद मिल सकती है।
5. दृष्टि के लिए: कढ़ी पत्ते में उच्च मात्रा में विटामिन ए होता है और इसलिए दृष्टि के लिए अच्छा है।
6. रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को बनाए रखने के लिए: कढ़ी पत्ते इंसुलिन गतिविधि को प्रभावित करके रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को कम कर देते हैं। 
7. कीमोथेरपी के दुष्प्रभावों को कम कर सकते हैं: कढ़ी पत्तों  में  कीमोथेरेपी  और  रेडियोथेरेपी  के  खराब  प्रभाव  से  शरीर  की  रक्षा  करने  की  अद्भुत  क्षमता  होती  है। यह न केवल क्रोमोसोम और अस्थि-मज्जा को नुकसान से बचाता है बल्कि शरीर में मुक्त कणों का उत्पादन भी रोकता है।
8. कैंसर के लिए: कढ़ी पत्तों में पाए जाने वाले रासायनिक घटकों जैसे फ़िनॉल ल्यूकेमिया, प्रोस्टेट और कोलोरेक्टल जैसे कैंसर से लड़ने में सहायक होते हैं।
9. लंबे, स्वस्थ और सुंदर बालों के लिए: कढ़ी पत्ते हमेशा बाल के भूरे होने को रोकने में मदद करने के लिए जाना जाता है। यह क्षतिग्रस्त बालों, लंगड़ा बालों को बाउंस जोड़ने, पतले बालों की शाफ्ट को मजबूत करने, बाल गिरने और रूसी का इलाज करने में बहुत प्रभावी है। कढ़ी पत्ते बालों को पोषक तत्वों की विस्तृत श्रृंखला प्रदान करते हैं जो कि रोम को मजबूत करने में सहायता करता है। कढ़ी पत्ते में उच्च मात्रा में विटामिन बी 6 होते हैं, जो बालों के झड़ने या नुकसान को रोकने के लिए बालों के लिए हार्मोन को नियंत्रित करने में सक्षम है। इसलिए, उनके पास बालों की जड़ और बाल शाफ्ट दोनों को मजबूत करने की क्षमता है।

We live in a world of seamless connectivity. Its a world where we pride ourselves being available & online 24 by 7! So, it has become quite a rarity when we find ourselves to truly alone. Even when none of our friends or family members are physically near us, they’re only a whats app or Hike text message away. While being so connected does have its benefits, but sometimes; it’s necessary to shut the world out and live in our cocoon of loneliness or solitude. Cutting a long introduction short, what can be the benefits of solitude?
We get Innovative & more productive: When we are truly & totally alone, we don’t rely on other people to entertain or otherwise enhance our life experience. Not only it forces us to think differently but we also don’t hold our self back in any way. Result? more new ways of accomplishing a task that we might not even had tried before, had we been working in a group. (Remember the movie & novel The Martian??)
We Work Harder: Remember school & college group projects?? I bet we all had near similar experiences where one or two members of the group put in all the donkeys work on behalf of group of four or five students! This group mentality of being Passive or “someone else will do it or should do it” doesn’t exist when we are alone. And of course, if we don’t do what we are supposed to, we shall be the one's taking the blame. But on the brighter side, when we are totally alone, we are completely free from distractions and can actually focus on getting work done with monomaniacal focus.
We are able to clear our minds better:We all need time to recharge. This happens best during periods of loneliness where we can sit back & objectively think about our problems, projects without the burden of outside opinions. History is ripe with tales of great ideas & inventions springing to life in serenity of solitude.
So next time, we should all welcome the prospect of spending ''that weekend'' or ''that trip'' alone all by ourselves!! Cheers!

Hello, There is a possibility that you may be a case of PCOS and hence get a hormonal profile done with serum testosterone levels and ultrasound pelvis to rule out any polycystic ovaries. If diagnosed then you may have to be placed on regular low dose oc pills for at least 6 months to regularise your menses. Regards

Amazing Health Benefits Of Bael Fruit

1. Bael fruit for constipation:

Fast foods that is very low in fiber is the main cause of constipation. Eating a traditional diet rich in fiber will treat constipation very effectively and if combined with home remedies will give the best results. Though fruits like bananas, mangoes helps people who suffer from constipation, bael fruit gives amazing results. Consume bael fruit regularly to get rid of constipation. The fruit is so full of fiber that it treats constipation very quickly. To eat, cut the fruit in half, sprinkle some brown sugar and enjoy it.

2. Bael fruit for ulcerative colitis:

A male about 35 years was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and doctors started steroid medications for him as his condition was worse. However despite taking steroids for weeks he kept having the flare ups. Finally the patient started looking up for alternate therapy and he found bael fruit. After taking bael fruit two times a day for a few weeks he could reduce the dosage and finally he was steroid free. After reading the incident, I was amazed at how a small fruit had saved the patient from so much pain. If you suffer from ulcerative colitis, please give bael fruit a try, as it does not have side effects.

3. Bael fruit for diabetes:

Bael fruit is good even for diabetics because bael fruit keeps the insulin level stable and even many doctors and nutritionist recommend bael fruit for diabetics. Bael fruit has an soothing effect on the stomach due to it's high fiber content. Try to include bael fruit in the diet in moderation. Too much of bael fruit will result in an upset stomach. If you are a dibetic try to eat it as a whole fruit, instead of juicing it.

4. Bael fruit juice for hair and skin:

Bael juice is one of the best way to keep our skin and hair healthy. Try making and drinking bael juice whenever you get fresh bael fruit. When buying bael fruit make sure to buy ripe bael fruit which smells ripe and sweet. To make the juice, first cut open the fruit like you do a coconut and scoop out the flesh. Add little water to the scooped out pulp and let it soak for a few hours. Boil the required jaggery with little water and strain using a fine strainer to remove impurities and let it cool. Now squish the fruit and water mixture with your fingers and then strain using a large holed strainer, as we don't want to strain out all the fiber from the juice. Now in a blender, take the strained juice, prepared jaggery syrup, a pinch of rock salt, a pinch of roasted cumin seed powder and a pinch of fresh black pepper. Blend everything together and serve it chilled in tall glasses. This juice apart from keeping the digestion in good order also keeps the skin and hair healthy and shiny.

5. Bael fruit for diarrhea:

In many parts of india, using bael to cure diarrhea is very common. The best thing about bael fruit is it is used to cure both dysentery and constipation. Treating both constipation and dysentery depends on the ripeness of the fruit. Ripe bael fruit is used to treat constipation and unripe bael fruit is used to treat diarrhea. To make the remedy, cut a unripe fruit and scoop out the pulp of a fruit. Boil a cup of water and add the scooped out unripened pulp and boil for a few minutes till it softens, strain and drink it warm. This decoction is very good for treating diarrhea.
