I had an Acl surgery 2 weeks ago my doctor advised me to wear a knee brace all the time even while sleeping, but I ignored his direction and slept for 2 or maybe 3 nights without wearing the brace. When I woke up next morning I felt this strange pain in my knee and now I keep experiencing such pain often whenever I try to elevate my knee. Have I ruined my acl surgery by not wearing the brace?
Am suffering from back ache of left side below from neck and entire left hand will pain due to that. And I have thyroid problem also.
I am 19 year old boy and have neck pain right side, the pain continues till all the day, the neck muscles often become stiff in right side, the jaws become leaked and often gives a bony sound, when I unlock it gives bony sound in neck when I move side by side, and the pain goes to right hand nerve of last two fingers and rigt hand and back right side and I unable sit comfortably, and I unable write at least 1 hour it gives shoulder pain, I consulted many orthopedic doctors and they says that do shoulder, neck strengthening exercises but it didn't give complete cure, I am suffering from this pain since 1year pls tell me what about the problem& cureness.

Sir, Since 8th July my right back neck was pinched. When I take to head tilt I can feel it may be pinched somewhere. Did manage, put sandy balm for cpl of days then it got relieved. I remember this right back neck pain started after I played cricket sometime that day, may be it's related. Pain was blunt, not really heavy pain. Yesterday too I played cricket for some time and at night I was feeling same little increased pain on right back head pain. The reason why I feel to post msg, I vaguely remember in sleep, I felt my head was spinning and I put my hands on head to relieve spinning and it stopped after few seconds. I got up at 7 am to pick up phone call. While talking on phone I felt upper wall of my house was spinning, it happened for 3-4 seconds and then it become normal. It created me really worried to think if something wrong in brain or that neck pain which is pinched vein since 8th July making this pain. Kindly reply As now I am typing this question pain is lessened.
