I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapati also tell associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis.

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed.

I have a 10+ year old anal fistula problem, doctors had advised for surgery. As it is not troubling me much, and due few concern, I am not considering an operation to remove fistula. Would it be dangerous if it is untreated. Also is there any medicine as an alternative surgery. Thanks.

There is no treatment of anal fistula other than surgery. In the long run it may get infected and create problems.

Hello, Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Damiaplant/ thrice daily for 4 weeks. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. The reason could be very trivial like drying of nasal secretions or finger nail trauma or more serious if it is secondary to clotting mechanism derangement if he is taking clot busters for his heart problems. Check his pt and ptt.

Hi Doctor. Im suffering from UTI from last 3 months. First I had take antibiotics but after 20 days course UTI came back with touch irritation and pain in urethra. Please do morning walk daily for 1 hour. Avoid fast-food/sitting too long at a stretch/junk foods/spicy foods/health drinks, etc. Take unpeeled potatoes when cooked. Consume more food if they are uncooked. Take nux vom 30 - once daily 6 pills for next 10 days.

Only solution is to stay sun protected . Apply sunscreen daily n regularly. Apply sunscreen half hour before leaving house. Repeat sunscreen application if u r continuing to stay outdoors . Use some broad spectrum sunscreen which offers protection against both UVA n UVB

If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

Most men with normal kidney function have approximately 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams/deciliter (mg/dL) of creatinine. Most women with normal kidney function have between 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dL of creatinine.. You may have kidney disease and need check up for it
