It indicates conjunctivitis or infection of eyelid. Try out nebracin eye ointment twice and tobramycin eye drops 4 times for a week and get back.

You are probably having bleparitis and you should clean your eyelids regularly and in case of morning stickiness use moxicip eye ointment twice daily for 5 days.
