Neck pain radiating to arm n fore arm because cerbical spondylitis. Then use cervical collar, avoid 2 wheeler driving. Cervical collar will take the weight of head. So strain on neck bones will be decrease. Maintain erect posture at everywhere. Use cervical pillow. Or towel folding under neck. For back pain use folded bedsheet under your low back. Wonder benefits of basil seeds

As far as health benefits are concerned, the seeds are full of fiber and known for many surprising health benefits. These seeds are used in making falooda, sherbet, milkshakes and other popular health drinks. It is known worldwide as one of the ingredients for sweet Asian drinks. However, like chia seeds, it is comparatively less tasty.

Basil seeds for weight loss:

Sabja seeds can be used for weight management purposes. It is full of fiber that makes your stomach full and doesn't feel hunger to a certain period of time. After soaking in water, it has the ability to expand 30 times of its original sides thus reduces longing for eating more.
Sabja seeds for hair:

 The seeds contain an adequate amount of vitamin k, protein, and iron. These nutrients are helpful to make your hair healthy and shining. So, it is suggested to include it in your daily diet requirements to skip embarrassment from hair loss and baldness.
Basil seeds for healthy skin:

 The mix of sabja seeds and coconut oil is effective to ward off many skin's related diseases. Method: take 100 ml of coconut oil and 1tsp of crush basil seeds. Now heat the mixture for 5 minutes. Strain and apply it over your skin to cure skin related problems like psoriasis, eczema, etc.
Basil seeds for acidity: acidity problems are very common these days due to faulty lifestyle and wrong dietary pattern. Sabja seeds are having cooling and soothing effects on the stomach. Method: take milk (1 cup) and basil seeds (1tsp), stir it well and drink the same to reduce burning sensation in your stomach.

Sabja seeds for diabetes treatment:

The seeds are good in the curing of diabetes type 2 by lowering down the sugar in the blood. Method: take soaked basil seeds (1tsp), toned milk (1 glass) and vanilla for flavor. It helps to give you energy sans sugar.
Relieves constipation:

The soaked sabja seeds when eaten helps to cleanse the inner stomach. It ensures easy bowel movement and helps to flush out toxin from the stomach. It is also taken with milk before going to bed to ease constipation.

Acts as coolant:

These seeds are used to lower body heat that's why as one of the important ingredients in summer for a number of cool drinks such as falooda, rooh afza, nimbu pani and sherbet.
Nutritional values of basil seeds: the seeds contain many phytochemicals and polyphenolic flavonoids like orientin, vicenin and other antioxidants. Common names of basil seed

The scientific name of sabja seeds is ocimum basilicum. The different common names of basil seed are sabja seeds, falooda, arabic falooda seeds, sabja ginjalu, thai holy basil, selashi tukmaria, sabja vethai, hazbo, tuk malanga, basilic cultive, basilien kraut, and sweet basil seeds. These seeds are the product of rudra jada plant that comes under tulsi family but shouldn't be mistaken with holy basil or tulsi.

Side-effects of sabja seeds

The children and elderly people should avoid to take it as the seeds may choke due to an improper imbalance of water and seeds. The pregnant mother should skip it as the seeds lower down the level of estrogen.

Hi, I have pain on left side knee joint. I feel severe pain in my left side knee when I get up from my bed or from sitting position. Can not stand on left side knee for some time till I walk for some time. While standing I do not feel any pain. Also I feel lot pain around left and right elbows.

These are the methods to treat pimples & blackspots - •Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals Be healthy.

Hi greetings, as you say having exposed gum on one side it may be do to excessive upper pull of your upper lip muscles if you don't want surgical option it can be treated with botox injection to your upper lip. Consult to plastic surgeon he will guide you.

Being a dietitian my views: there is no single diet chart for everyone. To plan a specific diet we do collect lot of information like height, weight, food frequency, digestive history, medical history, likes, dislike, lifestyle, eating habits. Remember one thing to follow a diet it should be personalized according to person's body type and not generalized. Starting with there is no pills or powder or shake which can help you to lose weight in a healthy way. To lose weight eat an hour within walking up and dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep. Avoiding eating anything after dinner. Breakfast should be your king size have good complex carbohydrates and protein rich. Eat every 2 hours small frequent meal do help in weight loss. And do not overeat. One can come to ideal body weight with few lifestyle modification. Have green tea only 2 cups a day. For exercise I would say diet plays 80 % role and exercise plays 20 % role in losing weight. Personal advise on gym. You should not make your body habituated with machines rather do simple walk or surya namaskar or planks. So only with healthy eating one can lose weight.

Don't try to reduce your weight, in fact during pregnancy you need to gain at least 12 kgs of weight, so is there any vaginal infection because of which this pain may arise and this will be common if because of any infection.

First of all clean intestines with Tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at night for two days and then once a week. Start Pranayam and Meditation. Manage low carb diet. Walks and light exercises. Semen leaking it is not weakness. You feel yourself very sensitive. When sexual urge comes then semen releases it is common. Better to divert your mind to other aspects. Relaxation therapy is helpful to come out of the anxious status. Better to practice it. Anxiety status there is a chance to eat much more than normal status. Your anxiety status is your enemy. Better to come out of this stage. You are not getting any disease that is your feelling. It is called phobia. You need psychotherapy and behaviour therapy. So better to take the help of psychologist. Or recover yourself. Better share your feelings with your friends and family members. Do not be alone. Be sociable and be friendly with others. Ok all the best.

Homoeopathic cream antimarks cream (biovalley) apply twice daily in circular fashion dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. So, apply sunscreen (homoeopathic suncare cream of bakson company), every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1. Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2. Take pulp from aloe vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.

Cricketers are Athletes and athletes should lways be fit, dear Pradyuman I was also a cricketer I played state and national for Punjab, so I share a special bonding with you:) I am giving some natural remedies to you, the answer is bit long but do read it to gain the benefit. I wish you to see you in the Indian Cricket team 1.Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. In Indian culture head of the Dead body during Antim sanskar is kept in North direction. In west direction researches are going on, so don’t sleep till researches come. 2.It is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where allopathic and homeopathic medicines fails to reach. 3.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In Ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image) 4.Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Scientifically it is proved that food takes at least 90 minutes to digest, drinking water during that 90 minutes will bring almost 68 types of diseases of stomach. 5.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 to 12, 000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime also if possible. I suggest you to buy a Pedometer which will calculate your daily steps, Pedometer will cost you just Rs 300 from market but will help you a lot. 6.Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 7.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you with a better health. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of bad health. 8.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. 9.Listen the music you love when you feel tired, music has a therapeutic energy and reduces stress and makes you energetic. 10.Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself. 11.This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee, which explains why it is named so. Benefits Of Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Instant way to relieve tension, anger and anxiety. It is a very effective breathing technique for people suffering from hypertension as it calms down the agitated mind. •Gives relief if you're feeling hot or have a slight headache •Helps mitigate migraines •Improves concentration and memory •Builds confidence •Helps in reducing blood pressure Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage. •Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger. •While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed. •You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips. Contraindications None. Once this pranayama is learnt correctly from a yoga teacher, anyone from a child to an elderly person can practice this pranayama. The only pre-requisite is that this pranayama should be done on empty stomach.
