1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain, inadequate sleep, Hypertension, sinusitis, refractive error or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion.take ade quate rest.Have a sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache and take a CT scan of brain if required 7. consult me for further advice

If you can masturbate then you can do sex. For bend penis if it is deviated to left or right no problem. But if bent in middle then medicine can help. Penis size cannot be increased, unless you have hormonal problems size of penis varies from person to person, like other physical features like height etc. On an average, it ranges from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection. If your penis is within this range on erection, then don't worry. If your penis is smaller then you can do hormone tests. In pornographic films they show big penis by injecting drugs etc. Which is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size. Don't compare, if ever you have done so, with others.

First of all pl send reports of lower back (x-ray spine or usg reports.). Till then start the following: Swadisht virechan chooran 1 TSP at night with warm water one a week. Liquid Dashmoolarishta 15 ml + water twice a day after meals. Tab Rumalaya forte 1 b.i.d for two weeks. Pl send reports immediately.

Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in reducing weight, need to attend the gym if possible, simple morning and evening walk may be effective, to lose fat belly requires specific exercises and yoga. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5.Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi, Headache could be because of various reasons. Your headache could be due to stress/fatigue/tension or it could be an indication to another type of headache called migraine. Since the exact cause of your headache and symptoms are not known, I would advise the following - 1. Try to take adequate rest. 2. Distract yourself from TV/ Computer or anything that puts a pressure on your eyes and head. 3. Keep yourself stress free. 4. Try to take adequate sleep. 5. Take Tablet Paracetamol 500mg after taking food (as and when required). I had a miscarriage this evening. I got extreme bleeding and painful cramps. Then after an hour or two I passes a tissue like something after passing it the cramps and bleeding declined after 30 minutes. Is it a complete or incomplete miscarriage? But the most important thing in this case is your friend's motivation to quit smoking. If the motivation is high, he can be helped to quit smoking. The withdrawal symptoms are managed by drugs like bupropion (prescription drug). Also, nicotine replacement therapies are available. These include chewing gums and patches. The patch is easy to use. Hi lybrate-user. Has your doctor done a sonography for you. If yes pls send the report so that I can guide you. If no then you should get a sonography done and also a few more tests would be required. Do not worry too much. Pcos is a condition where in you may have a wide variety of symptoms but it can be tackled with medication.

Dear , If you follow the steps listed below you will in general enjoy good health for life time. 1. Do not gain weight, alway maintain correct weight. 2. Do regular physical exercise, at least four day a week. (fast walking / jogging/ playing/ swimming/ gym). 3. Do yoga, if possible everyday or at least four days a week, but please before your start doing yoga, please learn the asanas under supervision of a good yoga trainer. 4. Eat healthy diet, completely avoid junk food,(pizaa, samosa, burgers, pastries etc) eat lots and lots of fruits and salads, nuts and drink 3-4 litres of water every day. Eat less of carbohydrates (sugar, wheat, rice). 5. Manage stress, do not allow stress affect you, do meditation. 6. Never ever smoke. 7. If you drink, then drink in moderation, but not more than once or twice a week. 8. Have good bonding with your family and friends, it is very important to have a stable emotional health. Once you are married or if you have sexual relation ship, have sex regularly, enjoyable sex life keeps you healthy and young. 9. Try be to happy in every situation, remain calm even in the most stressful times. 10. Sleep at least seven hours every night. 11. If you see symptoms of any disease, do not wait for it to become severe, immediately see a doctor and get your self treated. 12. Keep your brain active, learn new things, read new books, play chess, play sudoku, have good social life, have good general knowledge, have good social awareness, learn as many languages and skills as you can. 13. Have a hobby, be passionate about your hobby and enjoy it. 14. Have a support system, find some one whom you can depend on in time of difficulty, it can be your wife, your father or a good friend, you must have some one with whom you can share everything, iMy best wishes.
