Use spf+30sun screen lotion 15minuties before going to sunlight. Wash face with aloe vera face wash dry than apply aloe vera cream morning end night.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of homeopathic sulphur 200, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic selenium 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic natrum mur 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. You can follow Diabetic Diet Avoid simple sugars. eg: sugar, honey, sweets and jaggery ? Eat less of animal proteins. eg:chicken,mutton etc. ? Avoid fried stuff, ground nut, coconuts, nuts and oil seeds ? Avoid Fasting ? Avoid Fruit juice & sugarcane jiuice. ? Avoid potatoes, beet root, sweet potatoes, suran and arvi in your diet. ? Refined flours and starchy items should be avoided. eg: maida and sabudana. ? In fruits avoid mango, banana, chickoo, seethaphal, pine-apple and grapes. ? Market foods are not allowed. ? egg yolk

Puffiness beneath the eyelids has various causes associated with it. (1) age related distribution of fat. With progressive time and age there occurs a re-distribution of a lot of body fat. This may lead to puffiness/ sagging/ bagginess of the lower eyelids. (2) excessive alcohol consumption has at times seen to be associated with puffiness of eyelids. (3) hypersensitivity/ allergy of the eyes may cause puffiness. It may be caused due to dust, pollen, insect bite, etc. (4) thyroid level fluctuation has at times been seen to be associated with puffiness of eyelids. (5) excessive obesity has been shown to be associated with puffiness of eyelids. (6) extreme condition such as orbital cellulitis: very rare. Also, it is usually associated with eye injury, surgery, systemic infection, etc. It is very less likely to be so in your case. (7) grave's disease: this has a tendency to be associated with thyroid disease (or other autoimmune conditions). It s also rare. It is associated with fatigue and weakness that progresses throughout the day. Thus, it would be a good idea to identify in the category that you come into and then tackle the situation. watering of eyes can be due to many reasons and the main reasons are 1.Eye Allergy due to dust,Pollution,infection 2.Weak Eyesight 3.Continuous watching TV,Mobile,computor in dim light 4.Any eye injury 5.Lack of sleep 6.Continuous headache 7.Hypertension. So,my suggestion for you is either you give details of your eye watering reasons or visit a local doctor for an eye check up as a final examination can only be made after physical examination.

Dear,marriage does not make one gain weight. But why many people, do gain weight is due to their lax attitude towards their health. One tends to dine out more frequently perhaps, or they might not be indulging in any kind of physical activity, their daily routine may not be regular or healthy, late nights, waking up later, skipping breakfast, erratic eating hours, stress of work at home or in office - all these contribute to weight gain. This happens gradually over a period of time and before you actually realise it, you may have to work hard to return to the normal weight.

I am 64 year old with constipation problem for last more than 5 years. My thyroid test is ok and I take one tablet of 100mcg eltroxin daily. Also I take one tab each of covomlo and riometod500 to keep my blood pressure and sugar level in range. I am vegetarian, teetotaler and non-smoker. I also take fibre rich food in my meals daily. I have found 'Kayam" helpful in getting the bowel movement but do not want to be dependent on it for life. I have tried Softovac and it was also helpful in removing the constipation so long as I take it. What other measure or medicine you suggest for permanently curing me from constipation. I live a active life with morning and evening walk and moving during the day for the work.

If anybody wants CURE for their problems ,we have to identify the root causes, till then temporary measures as you tried some causes of constipation in the age group above 60yrs Factors that predispose older adults to constipation are not a direct consequence of normal aging, though are often closely associated with it. A majority of people over age 65 take one or more medications that affect nerve conduction and smooth muscle function, such as opioids, anticholinergics, NSAIDs, calcium-channel antagonists and calcium supplements. Other factors that increase the risk of constipation in older patients include low-fiber diets, limited fluid intake, impaired mobility and cognitive disorders. Studies have also shown that distinct physiological changes affecting colonic motility can occur in older people. They include myenteric dysfunction, increased collagen deposits in the left colon, reduced inhibitory nerve input to the colon's muscle layer and increased binding of plasma endorphins to intestinal receptors. Diminished anal sphincter pressure or degeneration of the internal anal sphincter, loss of rectal wall elasticity, and, in older women, an increased degree of perineal descent also are well documented.

Hello, follow, all instruction of your gynae. In my opinion you r safe, placental position is not a matter to stress over, tk, folic acid- spinach, mangoes, iron- spinach, blackberries, cherries, bananas, carrots, zinc- wheat, pumpkins, avocados, ripened mangoes, spinach, oyster, carrots, protein- milk, almonds, soya been, rajma, green peas, carrots, eggs, omega3- & fatty acid --walnuts, amino acid-dark chocolates, tk, care.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some centemetres of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height. 6. You can take 1/2 teaspoon of dhatuposhtik churn of baidyanath daily with milk once a day.
