Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

I am 24 years old and unmarried. I am 5.1 ft height and weight about 40 kgs. I want to gain weight. Just from 2 days I started this plsn of gaining. So in the morning at 8 I drink 1 glass of milk, 2 boiled only white part and 1 banana. Then I continue with doing cycling for 20 minutes and skipping 10 minutes. I am feeling a bit pain in my stomach. I think it might be due to skipping after my stomach full. Do you think my plan of gaining weight is right? Does it have any side effects? Would you like to suggest me a better idea?

Dear friend, in my opinion you should follow these____ make a time table for your break fast, lunch and dinner. Take balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salad, fresh and dry fruits, and milk in this. Taking some extra proteins is also good. Don't do heavy exercise, aim of exercise is to digest and assimilate food. Time of exercise should be empty stomach, before breakfast. Gradually increase the diet and exercise. Take proper rest and try to avoid stress as possible. Tell your progress after one month to guide further. Or you may ask if any questions or doubt. There are some ayurvedic medicines to help you.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

One of the best oils that you can think of switching to if you feel that you are overweight is olive oil. No medication to be taken and follow your diet and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hello, desk job has this problem where people tend to gain weight. If possible, move around, take a casual walk or just climb up the stairs in between if at all possible. For exercises, here are a few. 1. Lie down straight, put your hands back and bring your upper body forward, trying to touch your head to your knees and hands to your toes. It's a form of crunches, you can repeat from 10 to 25 times. 2. Lie down straight, with both legs together, raise them up, at 90 degrees, and down (without touching your heels to the floor) continue 5 to 10 times. 3. You can do 7 sets of surya namaskar 4. Sit ups 20 times these will make your tummy toned.

Yes this is absolutely normal. It's the body's mechanism of losing heat and maintaining normal body temperature. Various processes going on in body produce heat and it has to go out of body to keep body temperature in normal range.
