If you want reduce your face fat, you need to lose your fat overall .1) Drink a lot of water to keep the body fully hydrated 2) A diet that is low in processed foods and refined flour (like white bread and pasta) will be healthier for you, try to eat a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, foods with fiber, fish, and other protein rich foods. 3) Try toning your face with facial exercises: Try the cheek puff exercise. Simply take a deep breath and hold the air in your cheeks. Then push it to the other cheek. Do this several times throughout the day. 4) A smile exercise that tightens the cheeks and mouth is to smile and clench your teeth for a few seconds. Don’t squint your eyes. Then pucker your lips. Repeat. Do this on one side, and then switch sides. 5) Get a lot of sleep to see a more slender face-A good rule of thumb is to try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Try to have a regular sleeping schedule. Exercise daily to reduce overall weight. You can try make up products to give it a slimmer look.

Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. Mid morning- a glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice. For more details consult me privately.

Take meals regularly improve your posture have balanced diet do physiotherapy for spondylitis take calcium eat a lot of curd check your bp and yearly health checkup.

Lybrate-user walk and exercise regularly with listening good music. Think positive and think that you are best. Take healthy diet which you enjoy to eat. Drink plenty of water and juices. Take good sound sleep. Join any sports activity like bed minton basket ball dancing swimming etc.

10 best foods for muscle growth :

Almonds:

These nuts are exceptionally a dense powerhouse of essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that will aid the body in muscle growth and staying slim. Eating these nuts can lead to more energy and stronger muscles. 1/3 cup of almonds delivers 271 calories, 10 g of protein, 10 g of carbs and 23g of fat.

Turkey:

Turkey breast is absolutely great for bulking up your overall muscle growth. It is high on protein, low fat and slightly higher in cholesterol than most lean meats and fish. One serving of Turkey breast delivers 34 calories, 14% fat, 16% carbs and 70% proteins.

Red meat:

Adding lean cuts of red meat to your diet is an excellent way to help muscle growth. Red meat is also a rich source of dietary iron that helps maximize athletic performance.

Eggs:

Eggs are convenient food that is fast and easy to cook. To stay really fit and healthy, it is best eating the egg whites and occasionally the yolk. The protein in eggs has the highest value. Quinoa:

Quinoa is a typical high protein grain which is not a rice or couscous. It can be sweet and savory; has a nutty texture and rich flavor. It is one of the best additions to your daily diet especially for boys who are trying to build lean muscle using natural ingredients. This protein is made up of all 9 essential amino acids which means it’s a complete protein that will help build and repair your muscles. It contains only 3 grams of fat for ¼ cup serving and is cholesterol and gluten free.

Oatmeal:

Oatmeal is an excellent carbohydrate diet that packs in an abundance of fiber and carbs which is ideal for the diet of bodybuilders. While protein is definitely the most important, carbohydrates and fats too play a vital role in muscle building process.

Salmon:

When it comes to muscle growth, fish really tops the list especially Salmon is a protein powerhouse yielding around 25 grams of protein per 100 gram serving. It is also amazing loaded with omega 3 fatty acids and heart healthy monounsaturated fats. Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin D.

Chickpeas:

Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans are another great food for muscle growth. They are excellent choice to be included in your diet as they contain carbohydrates and loaded with fiber. You can eat them boiled or cook to make a yummy hummus.

If eating more fills you up too much, try drinking your calories. Milk, 100-percent fruit juice and homemade smoothies add calories between meals. Whiz up a high-calorie smoothie containing a whole banana, frozen yogurt, milk, juice and nut butter or flax seed in your own kitchen. Include dried milk powder or protein powder to boost the calorie count of plain milk. Avoid drinking copious amounts of beverages with meals, though.The liquid creates temporary feelings of fullness in your stomach so you may eat less solid, calorie-containing food. Save drinks for before, after and between meals.

If im your treating doctor I can help you regarding this, if you can use zinc dose of not more than 40mg that should be safe for you once or twice a day is ok. I hope you should be knowing its uses but again breifly I should explain in few words, 1) in acute diarrhoea in children, in acute respiratory diseases, to boost your immunity. High doses above the recommended amounts might cause fever, coughing, stomach pain, fatigue, and many other problems. Avoid the use dose of tab not more than 100mg unless untill your doctor advice you.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Steroids are not to be used on its own and we have to start using it only in disease like auto immune disease.
