Hello, Assuming to the fact that your youngest baby is 10 months of age,this is the right time to look after yourself.Post pregnancy weight loss can be challenging later,try and reduce it at earliest.Take your baby for the stroll for 30 mins daily,that will contribute to your exercise.The extra baggage of weight you carry on your body can make you feel uncomfortable all the time.Watch your diet and look for healthier options like jowar,nachni,oats in your daily diet.Have lots of water in between your major meals.make sure you are stressing on fruits and vegetable intake.Make your dinners extremely light and try and catch up on good quality sleep.Keep your multivitamin supplements on for a while.

Take high protein diet. Whey protein will give fast result than nutrilite. Nutrilite contains estrogen hormone which is female hormone so nutrilite is good for women especially.

Avoid fast food, eat homemade food ,eat seasonal local fruit and vegetables nd go for weight training.

I want a diet plan to reduce weight. I am IT professional and working in rotational shift. My lunch and dinner timing is not fixed, it depends on how I get free time during my duty. So can you suggest me a better diet plan to reduce some kilos. I started cycling from last week.

Hello, She may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: She can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
