Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Mam this doesn't seem to be a rheumatological problem. Just one month pain, need not worry much. First consult your family physician for these issues and he might refer to concerned specialist if necessary.

Am suffered from diabetes last two last years joint pain problems in my knee also.

BHMS, MD - Alternate Medicine
Homeopath, Nagpur
Am suffered from diabetes last two last years joint pain problems in my knee also.
Usually the diabetes has more of a insuline resistance than actual insuline deficiency. It is very common to have joint pain in diabetes, but here physiotherapy has great help. Physiotherapy, calcium supplement, vitamin B supplement are the first step to try. If it dosen't get relief than you can start homoeopathic medicine which not only relieve your joint pain but also improve your diabetes as well.

You should undertake regular aerobic exercises like swimming and walking for conditioning a healthy back. These activities will also prevent back pain.

One month ago I dragged a very heavy thing since then I had backache very severe. If I lay on flat and hard bed then I feel better otherwise its very painful for me to afford to sit. And I have to study so have to sit continuously 3-4 hours once. What should I do to overcome my severe backache.

Dear, first of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Dear lybrate-user, The best possible and feasible treatment would be gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. Ayurveda’s Panchakarma offers specialized treatment of JANU BASTI for knee pains - these procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. Avoid sitting crossed legs. This will greatly help.
