Use a good facewash for oily skin only in morning and evening at bed time. In between wash face with water. Avoid oily food. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

Hello, make daily routine for exercises which keeps your back fit and healthy. Exercises for back includes. Back ex, abdominal strengthening, generalconditioning, posture care, daily brisk walk etc. But it will be good if you start physiotherapy session and learn exercise for your back pain under supervision of skilled physiotherapist do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Hi! Your body grows when you are in teen yrs. This is the time when you can have lots of food and use it to have a strong body. Start exercises like bench press (for your chest), squats (legs), deadlift (legs and back), and shoulder press (shoulders and upper back). As a growing and active boy you need around 3000 calories everyday. 1. Eat breakfast everyday. 2. Get plenty of carbohydrates from foods such as whole-grain bread, fruits, and milk. '3. Have a snack in between meals if you feel hungry, but have healthy snacks and not junk food. 4. Within 30 minutes after a workout, eat a blend of carbs and protein - Peanut butter and jelly sandwich chicken sandwich, Smoothie made with yogurt and fruit, carbs-and-protein bar. 5. Don't overeat protein - 87 gm protein daily is enough for you. 6. Don't overdo your exercises. 7. Have proper rest and sleep for at least 8 hrs. Have whole grains, fruits, peanut butter, yoghurt, cheese, eggs, chicken, spinach, oats, soybean, carrots.

Hai lybrate-user, usually women after menopause are developing these dark spots, why its happening is not clear yet. Please try to reduce your weight if you're over weight by controlling your diet. Please try applying kumkumadhi oil or ointment to the marks.

I am suffering from chronic bronchial asthama since 10 years and chronic allergic rhinitis for the same 10 years. Took all anti asthamatic drugs inhalers and nasal sprays etc. Since then. No cure. What shall I do? please advise further line of treatment.

How to stop hair fall?
Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi, as such we can't control them fully as you are already 20yrs. Old now. But, to some extent prevent further growth of hair at this time by homoeopathic medication which may or may not help you now as it works well if taken at right time of life. Medication: schwabe's thuja 30/ thrice daily for 1 month. Revert me back for further guidance.

I have a call center works and my weight is 85 now and I am 23 years old now how can my weight loss.
Call center work profile needs you to work in shifts. Irregular sleep pattern along with sedentary lifestyle & poor diet leads to obesity as well as other lifestyle diseases. For weight loss, these tips will be helpful: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. In between balanced main meals-(comprising of a whole grain, whole legume/egg/fish/chicken, low fat dairy, whole fruits, vegetables, salad); include healthy snacks in between- coconut water (w/o cream), whole fruit, roasted makhana, roasted chana (unsalted), nuts & oilseeds, soup, stew, buttermilk, salted lassi, green tea. 2. Drink 2- 3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. Avoid skipping meals 6. Have early & light dinner. (day shift) 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep 8. Exercise daily for at least 1/2 hr. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Cut down on total oil consumption. 11. Take 15 mins light walk post main meals. 12. Avoid sitting for an hr at a stretch continuously.
