Abdominal crunches floor exercise is a must avoid excess sugars and fizzy drink sleep for 6-7 hours drink 10-15 glasses of water never skip meals increase intake of protein and cut down of refined carbs.

Hi lybrate-user. As you mentioned stomach pain is there from 2 months so if you take abdomino pelvic scan is better option. Hereby I am advising some medication which helps to relieve stomach pain. 1. Sukumara kashayam-2tsp with warm water before food twice a day. 2. Tab kamaduga with mouktik-1 tab thrice a day after food.

Using an exfoliating scrub or a face sponge, scrub off the dead skin cells to reveal the healthy layer of skin underneath. After all the exfoliation, apply a rejuvenating face mask to get maximum results and then follow it up with the application of a moisturizing lotion. Always make sure to apply a sunscreen lotion if you are stepping out in the sun. This will prevent the harmful uv rays of the sun from harming your skin. After a day of hard work, your skin deserves some pampering. A face pack in the evening will be more beneficial for the skin and will impart a healthy glow immediately.

Hrllo lybrate-user for hair falling you can take powder of amla. Bhringraj. And kale til in equal quantity and take one one spoon two times with water. For wash use dandruff shampoo of patanjli if dandruff otherwise normal herbal shampoo of patanjali. In diet take more milk. Fruits. Salads. Nuts. Sprouts. Etc. Take proper sleep at night. Avoid stress as it increase disease. Use mahabhringraj oil for massage on head. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fast food etc.

Exercise – Do at least one exercise twice or once every day, its help to boost your metabolism. 1)walking – 30 -40 min/day 2)Aerobics – 30-40 min /day 3)Cycling – 30-40 min / day 4)Meditation – 30 min /day 5)Skipping – 30-40 min/day 6)Swimming – 30-40 min/day 7)Jogging -30-40 min/day 8)Playing out door games – like football, basketball, tennis, badminton etc. Eat health food , avoid junk food , drink plenty of water , sound sleep .

The best tips to lightens and remove the mark. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the dark spot. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 5. Avoid oily food and high salt contained foods like chips, chinese food and non veg. * take proper sleep. Minimum 6-8 hours sleep for glowing of skin. 6. Try to reduce your stess level by doing meditation like pranayam in morning, or take long breathing on closed eyes while listening soft music.

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana -nauka asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation.

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies.

Without reason there is nothing in this world and you are no exception.There might be some reason for your weight gain ,if diet is not your problem. Please undergo following blood tests empty stomach and discuss the reports CBC,GLUCOSE,LFT,LIPID PROFILE,THYROID PROFILE

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
