After brushing your teeth you can drink 1 glass of milk to start with. If you do not like plain milk, then you add a flavour you like .Complan, Bournvita etc. This adds to the nutritive value of your intake before you start yoga.

Drink 1 glass of milk & after 15 to 20 minutes do some stretching exercise & follow it up with light exercise till you feel a bit tired. Then take a hot water bath &go to sleep. You should plan an 8 hours sleep programme & you will wake up fresh for the next day. Good Night!

You need to visit a qualified Cardiologist & get his opinion. Once he gives you a green signal that nothing invasive has to be done & you can be treated on medicines alone. I will advice you on your rehabilitation & improving the quality of life.

On dated 5-1-17 at 10 pm when I going to sleep I feel increased heart sound on next day my ECG shows sinus tachycardia with biphasic t waves v4 v5 and other ECG shows sinus tachycardia with left ventricular hypertrophy and heart rate is 103 bpm. There is no pain but I feel heaviness in stomach. My bp is 130/90. Doctor says there is no need to any medication. Please guide me in right direction.

I presume you have consulted a qualified Cardiologist & if he says that no medicine is required, then follow his instructions. If you have this palpitation once again, then get back to me & we'll get to the root of this problem & solve it.

I feel the following. Tried, sleepy,for most of the day even after good night sleep. My voice is low not able to talk loudly, and sometime I feel my mind not working face the problem of memory loss. Need to understand what could be the reason for the above.

First find out if you snore at night. It is quite likely that you snore, since you are over weight by almost 30 kgs as per Indian standards. You go to loose weight. Cut down on Carbs & fats like rice, potatoes, sugar & sweets. Start exercising. Go for walks. Start slowly, then increase the speed, distance & duration gradually. You should leave one quarter of your stomach empty after every meal. Have 3 square meals. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in a discipline manner at fixed times.

If your cardiovascular & respiratory system is not giving you problems, start exercising after worming up & stretching. You can go for walks. Increasing the intensity & duration slowly. By doing this you can be kept away from taking medicines for many years! With regular exercises you may be able to savour some of your favorite food dishes! Start working out!

This is a typical case of Gastro-oesophygitis, caused by not adequately chewing food & gulping it down the throat. You should chew your food properly, so that it mixes with the saliva, which is alkaline in nature, and then swallow your food to prevent acidity at the junction of the gullet & the stomach. Needless to say, avoid hot spicy food!!!

If you are used to having milk & egg every day without having any digestive problems, then go ahead and have it. They are good for your health. A bp of 104/80 (occasionally) is not alarming for a 51 years old like you. Try meditation, 30 mins daily & get your bp checked in the evenings, once in a month. If it is bothering you. Or else, you are fine & be relaxed!
