I am 22 years old and suffering from itchy skin in full body with no rashes. My skin is too itchy specially below my waist. I have scratched my skin in night due to over itchy skin. I can't sleep and sit relaxed. I am using an ayurvedic oil called jyada oil but didn't get any response. In spite of getting relief it's getting worsen. I have also fungal infection near genital and on genital area. I have noticed that there are two lumps or cysts on my testicle skin. These lumps are too itchy. There are also another two lumps or cysts near genital area these two are also itchy. I can't concentrate on my work and getting frustrated. Please tell me what these symptoms says. And what should I do now?

Fungus usually grows in absence of oxygen. Exposure to more oxygen helps in preventing fungal growth. Fungal infection occurs due to poor immunity. To get rid of it we need good nutritious food. Avoid all types of shampoo and soap For this problem, we need to see the case to come to any conclusion. Without visualizing the condition, it is difficult to come to any conclusion regarding this disease. So if possible, do visit the clinic or book an online appointment for the treatment. Fungal infection usually occurs recurrently, so the type of infection needs to be analysed. For this problem you need to take proper homeopathic treatment along with maintaining of hygienic conditions.

Hello lybrate-user. Both implant and bridge will have life only as long as your bone and underlying tissues (periodontium) is maintained in good condition. Its similar to how ever big or small you build your house if the foundation is not strong it will fall down. But technically speaking implants are the next best to your original tooth compared to bridge. But both has pros and cons .consult a good dentist nearby.

Include various shakes and smoothies, dry fruits and nuts, ghee and other healthy fats, multigrain or whole wheat bread, cheese to your diet. Eat more potatoes, rice and bananas. You can also try peanut butter or other nut butters. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non-veg, eat it more often. If not then have paneer, chickpeas, dals and other beans and lentils. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a common mental health problem. Symptoms typically include recurring thoughts and repetitive actions in response to the recurring thoughts. A common example is recurring thoughts about germs and dirt, with a need to wash your hands repeatedly to "clean off the germs" However, there are many other examples like sexual thoughts, counting, checking, orderliness, etc. The usual treatments are cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant medicine, or both. Treatment often works well to reduce the symptoms and distress of OCD greatly. All the best.

Hi lybrate-user- incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating. - do surya namaskar 10 times daily to reduce extra fat from body

1.Eat high fibre diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, broccoli, cabbage, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain bread, brown rice, cereals, pasta, multi grain chapatti, oats, fruits 2.Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3.Eat on schedule 4.Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, Avoid alcohol/caffeine 5.Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7.Take 2 tsf of softovac SF/Naturolax powder with warm water at bed time or syrup Duphalac 15 ml twice daily for few days 8.If you have chronic constipation, you may have to do colonoscopic examination after consulting gastroenterologist.

Stop everything which you use. Wash face with cold water without soap etc. Apply pure garden fresh aloevera pulp at night. Let dry through night. Wash again in the morning. After a week report the response. On basis of response, you will get next step which will tell you which herb to use in aloevera pulp for next 15 days. Keep gut clean by tarunikusumakar chooran. Eat restricted salt n oil.
