Eat a lot of good things - you need to eat a ridiculous amount of calories (probably 3500+ per day) if you want to gain weight, but you want to make sure most of those calories are good calories. You could easily get 3500 calories eating taco bell and twinkies, and drinking mountain dew, but that will just make you fat. If you want to build muscle, you want to eat healthy calories that are loaded with good protein, good carbs, and healthy fats? which brings me to my next point? protein = building block for your muscles. Chicken, fish, meat, eggs, milk, almonds, peanuts. Eat lots of this sleep? you need to be getting 8-9 hours of sleep every night for maximum gains. Your body is doing nothing but lying there and building muscle while you? re sleeping. If you are only getting 6 hours or less, you? re not going to get all the benefits of your exercising and diet. I know it? s tough, but those 3am raids on runnyeye need to be put on hold for a few months. Sleep. For ayurvedic medicine consult, in 1 month weight increase 4-5 kg no any side effect you take 1 month trial pack and course is 3 month.

Home Remedy- Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. For gaining weight eat food more frequently with extra amount of food.Use bigger plate.Use jam,jelly,butter,cheese,ghee,cream with your food.Add cream with tea/coffee..Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer nutritional supplement.Take more protein foods in diet.Add extra healthy fat in cooking.Eat lots of fruits and dense vegetables.Avoid fast foods as far as possible.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Lead an active life and take proper sleep for 7-8 hours

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Mr. Lybrate-user, there are no medicines to control the craving for sweets. Sometimes, if patients use artificial sweeteners, then those chemicals increase the craving for sweets. Controlling craving is entirely in your hands. If you do not control then blood sugar is bound to very high. I am sure you are aware what serious complications result from uncontrolled diabetes, things like retinopathy leading to blindness, damage to kidney leading to end stage renal failure, severe neuropathy, non- healing ulcers on foot leading to gangrene and amputation, silent heart attacks etc. So choice is yours, either control the cravings or face/invite complications. If you are a vegetarian you can take diary products like milk, cheese, paneer, etc which are a rich source of protein. You can take pulses which will provide proteins, use butter and ghee which will provide fats needed by you. Proteins and fats are very much essential in gaining weight.

HI, For pimples take Tabs Hepar sulphuris pentarkan (DR WILMAR SHAWBE) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Tab biochemic Silicea 6X 4tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply include fruits, green leafy vegetables, salads in diet. Drink plenty of water 3-4liters per day. Don't use soaps on face. Use mild facewash. Revert back for further treatment plan.
