I am suffering from low back pain from 5 months I am in fully rest I have consulted enough doctors they said to x rays and took it x ray is normal for three times but the main is more on pelvic sides and back side pain.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Hello Start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1)Take hot water fomentation for 20 min. at every 3hrs. interval. 2) Do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3)Do not wear high heals Do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Hi Am 170 cm height and 98 kg weight, reducing weight is very difficult and important reason is my ankle pain in both leg, if I go for jacking next day the pain will be more. What to do?

U can do 2-3 months take yoga it is very use fully in weight loose & you can also physiotherapy in ankle & leg pain removed but lose your weight it must, you can take both at a time.

No. If detected early in stage 1 or 2a bone can be conserved. If developed arthritis replacement is option.

Dear lybrate-user, gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Reasons can be-* cold weather *sitting in inconvenient posture constantly, without changing your position or without movement, *wearing ill fitting sandals, *lack of exercise or *internal disorder like arthritis. Point to observe- * if you have difficulty in climbing stairs, take lift while going upstairs. If there is no lift, go up slowly. * if it is due to strain of games or injury, take rest. * if it is due to obesity, reduce weight. * if it is due to constant sitting at a particular posture, change posture and engage in slow walk. * walking regularly at slow pace without unduly straining helps as it improves blood circulation around knee and eases the joint. *you can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200---twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days

Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I assume you are talking about muscle cramps in your calf muscles. You can start taking Vit E tab (like Tab Evion LC), once daily (for a month minimum), along with a pain-killer tablet which suits you. I can advise you Tab Voveron SR 75 mg twice daily after food, along with Tab Pan 40 once daily before breakfast (both to be taken for 3-4 days). Along with these medication you can start exercises in form of calf muscle streching and knee and ankle movement exercises (or can consult a physiotherapists). Its not serious. Sometimes this happens due to pulled nerves. Do not bend forward. Avoid lifting weight. Avoid those activities which cause pain. If this happens again, then consult again.

My husband is 38 years old & he is having severe pain in both the hips. Unable to stand and walk without any support. MRI report says Avascular necrosis of both femoral heads-modified fiscat arlet stage II/III on left and stage II on the right. No demonstrated interapelvic abnormality is seen. Is hip balls replacement the only cure or it is treatable by medicines? please suggest.

Mm he will definitely need replacement as hips are going to get deformed and damaged I would suggest to get it replaced as per the pain tolerance its not an emergency but do not overdelay do not need to run here n there for unnecessary remedies: all fail I would suggest to get it replaced as soon as pain tolerance is exceeded

Since this is a genetically linked disease hence as of now there is no permanent cure for it, but new medications are available which help in disease control.
