Actually I often have stomach pain and I use to experience very unpleasant smell from my mouth.
• Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. • If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist.

Precautions gonna help only in haulting the progression of carivities. Better you get that filled asap and avoiding food and other stuff for this reason is not a good option, this way your body may loose important nutrients you need for daily work up. Rest precautions are- rinse oral cavitiy after you eat something avoid sticky food stuffs like candies that stick to tooth avoid repeatdly snacking, like few people in habbit of eating something every 10 mins with no good reasons. N finaly get the filling done.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. You may need c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals & hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer until then. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
