Scrub your lips daily with any good exfoliator at bedtime daily and then apply warm olive oil. Just before sleeping apply Lip Sense Lip Balm. Keep applying this balm throughout the day.

Dear mam/sir,
I am 19 years old. I have cracks in my heels and what should I do to get my heels cured Thanks in advance.
Hi lybrate-user, thanks for the question. Cracked heels can be of two types simple cracks and deep cracks. Simple are easy to heal with little homely tips. 1. Keep heels in luke warm water for at least 10-15 mins. 2. Scrub the dirt and try to keep crack s clean. 3. Massage with olive oil or mustard oil. 4. Try socks. Keep this in a proper schedule to reduce the cracks. If it still remains then you can opt homoeopathic medicines.

This is a case of negligence and really bad management, the nerve is compressed, either you visit a physiotherapist who would guide you with nerve release technique, what we call as neural mobilisation or visit a neurologist or vascular surgeon to remove the pressure, even an orthopedic would be helpful.

Domestic ways which can work out to remove tanning from my face. How can coffee beans help it out.
Hello, yogurt is a very good de-tanner. You can apply daily and leave for 15 minutes, then wash off. It will be effective. You may use bleach (fem etc.) to de tan. You can make coffee and honey face pack and apply on face. Leave for ten minutes and wash.

Simplest way to reduce dark spot pimples and to achieve clear skin? please help me.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.
