Dear lybrate user you should do regular exercise & take healthy diet & meditation too. Follow some tips eat handful of almonds daily with a glass of milk, take milk milk before going to bed too soaked 6 dry figs in water overnight, eat next morning. You can also eat one banana every day in the morning and follow it up with a glass of warm milk sweetened with a teaspoon of sugar. Take up yoga or breathing exercise to help you de-stress your body. Once you learn to de-stress and relax, you will find it easy to put on weight. Most important eat 3 meals & 2 sncks per day consume low fat food high in calories & nutrients such s starchy vegetables (e. G. Potato, nuts, seeds etc. Avoid consume of products that are made from white flour & sugar. If possible take afternoon sleep for 30 min, don't sleep late at night.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the hgh (human growth hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Homoeopathic medicines acts as a catalyst in increasing the production of these hormones.--------------------------so sahil you are 25 and production of hgh might have already stopped in your case way back and now it is difficult for you to increase your height -------------do not waste time and money on increasing your height as someday you can fall in wrong hands thus ruining your life--------------try to cope upwith your present height -------------

You may take one tsp cinnamon and two tsp honey mix it and apply it on your face for one hour. After that wash your face with luke warm water. Do it for ten days. Take plenty of water green veg. Avoid non veg spicy and junk food. Avoid constipation also. Bone weight can not be reduced. But mass weight you can reduce by taking proper diet. You should avoid fatty oily a. Salt intake: maximum five gm per day. B. Do not add salt while cooking as iodine gets evaporated. Add after the cooking is done this c. Sugar intake 20 gm. White sugar. You may use jaggery or honey as alternate of sugar. D. Oil 30 ml per day e. Rice bran oil is the best oil. F. Avoid ghee and butter as much as possible. G. Coconut oil is best for massage. H. Water 1200 ml per day drink it as sip by sip. I. Drink luke water two glass atleast. J. Exercise atleast 6 minutes daily 2 minutes revolve all joints clockwise and anticlockwise wise five time each 2 minutes run on the spot in full speed 2 minutes deep breathing exercise. K. 600 calories breakfast.

I was suffering from shin splints then I took rest, some anti-inflammatory medicines, pain gone and everything seems quite normal but as I start sprint work pain again come back. This whole scenario happened with me thrice. Now once again I took rest ,some tabs of calcium and vitamin d now there is again no pain. But I'm again very scared to resume my sprint work. Please tell me correct measures to cure this issue. Thanks.

Hello, Shin Pains have multiple causes other than vit d, you should rule them all out 1. Improper footwear while working out 2. Improper techniques of working out 3. Insufficient warm up 4. Weakness of certain muscle groups along with tightness of other muscle groups 5. Graded increase in workout levels You should try to correct these and should be better. Thanks.

Hi, you will need to visit a dentist. For the tooth decay, they may take an x-ray and see how deep the decay has gone. If it's not too deep, they will suggest a filling. For the yellow colour, you may be advised to practice better oral hygiene or if you are interested and have no other problems, you can get bleaching or teeth whitening done. Any time when heat is tolerable is fine. Use something as simple as organic coconut oil to moisturize your skin as this will also benefit you metabolically. Evidence suggests that the most effective time of day for vitamin D production is between 11am and 3pm.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.
