Hello, first get pregnancy test done in case you have active sexual life and if the pregnancy test is negative, then will have to rule out any other problem as there are many causes of irregular menses apart from pregnancy - nutritional deficiency, pcos, stress/ tension, excessive exertion, any other or recent medical condition, side effect of any medication, hormonal imbalance, etc. So, take her to a gynaecologist for examination and required investigation for coming to the final diagnosis and treatment.

Your developing baby is protected by the amniotic fluid in your uterus, as well as the strong muscles of the uterus itself. Sexual activity won't affect your baby. So it is completely safe to sex during pregnancy.

As per your report since your amh level is low and high fsh you are not having good no and quality of eggs, so you may not be able to conceive naturally. So ivf is a better option for you. Still if you want a natural cycle you should go for it asap with wasting time.

Obviously you are under stress after the mtp. You can meet a doctor for treatment of anxiety. There are many safe medicines to cure you present mental condition. Also, microcephaly does not happen everytime. Go for torch test to see if there is any infection which you can get treated for. Alcohol and drugs are not to be consumed. Along with dengue, mosquito bite can cause zika virus infection, which is mild, but during pregnancy it is being suspected as cause of microcephaly. Be aware of such issues before you try for pregnancy again. There is good hope, so you can look forward to the future. Sleep will come automatically.

You should do 'Kapalbhati Pranayam' daily for 15 minutes kapalbhati pranayama procedure o sit in a comfortable crossed leg posture, sukasana (using padmasana or vajrasanais the best) and keep your back straight. Rest your hands on the knees using gyana mudra or chin mudra. O inhale deeply through your nose, this will expand you abdomen. O exhale using a great force so that your abdominal muscles contract to the maximum o these exhalations are similar to your breath outs, but they should be forceful o make sure while exhaling, the air should be pushed out of your lungs by contracting the diaphragm o after exhalation again do inhalation, but this time with out any effort. To do this just relax your lungs, they will automatically expand and fill with air o one cycle of kapalabhati pranayama include one deep inhalation, then forceful exhalation and an effortless inhalation. O a learner can practise up to three rounds, each with 15 exhalations. Small breaks between each round are allowed.

Although you can take carrot juice after 2-3 hours but drinking fresh carrot juice is more advisable as just keep this thing in mind that oxidation process starts once juice is obtained from a fruit and more you keep it ,the more oxidation will occur and more nutrients will be destroyed due to this oxidation----

Squirting is good or bad, will squirting cause any problem, If it's good to health than tell me how to squirt.
Squirting in males is just an alternative of getting sexual pleasure as in sex. It is a perversion and therefore a personal choice to make. It is inappropriate to label it as good or bad. Squirting or masturbation has no proven benefits or harms to human health. However with repeated use of squirting to have immediate sexual gratification youngsters and even others tend to get psychologically dependent on it as stress relieving exercise which late may become a compulsion. Hence it is advisable to always find healthier ways of dealing with sexual anxiety and nor resort to squirting as an option or rule.

Ways to Treat Menorrhagia

Menorrhagia is a condition that is marked by heavy menstrual bleeding during the monthly menstrual cycles. Most women have a unique bleeding pattern during that time of the month with the flow going up and down over the first few days. Yet, for many women, the bleeding becomes consistently heavy during all the days of the period, during which the period itself may get extended by a few days. If this pattern continues to occurs, one must get it checked out by a doctor at the earliest. Here are a few ways in which this condition may be treated.

Factors considered during treatment

Before the treatment starts, and during the diagnosis stage, the doctor will take a look at a number of factors so that the correct form of treatment may be prescribed to the patient. To begin with, the doctor will take a complete medical history of the patient, including the family history to ascertain whether or not there may be a genetic problem at play. Further, the future childbearing plans of the patient will also be taken into consideration in such cases so that the treatment method does not hinder such plans. Also, the doctor will also try and understand the effect of the symptoms of this condition before prescribing any particular medication and surgery.

Medication

Iron supplements and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines will be prescribed for the patient to bring down the level of inflammation and restore the production of blood, which will make up for the rapidly flowing blood from the body. This will also prevent the risk of anemia. Oral contraceptives, tranexamic acid, oral progesterone and hormonal therapy can also help in such cases.

Dilation and curettage

This procedure is also known as D&C, and it basically helps in dilation or opening up of the cervix so that the doctor may suction the tissue from the uterine lining. This tissue is usually known to bring about excessive bleeding.

Uterine artery embolisation

This is a procedure which shrinks any existing fibroids that may be the cause behind excessive bleeding. In this procedure, the uterine arteries are blocked and the blood supply to the same is cut off so that the fibroids do not get a chance to grow and cause unnecessary pressure that may lead to excessive bleeding.

Hysterectomy

This is a surgical procedure that removes the cervix as well as the uterus, and is usually the last resort followed by most doctors. In such cases, the doctor will first ascertain whether or not you plan to have any children in the future. Additionally, the ovaries may also be removed if the condition has spread too much to be contained sufficiently.
