I am 53 years old. And I have kidney diseases from 1.5 years and my creatinine level is 2, urea 36, sodium 136, potassium 145 and have diabetes and BP since 15 years. I always surfing from loose motion after every 2-3 days, I have consult my doctor and he suggested medicine by which I get relief but again after 2_3 I get same problem. And I take Aristozyme syrup is it good for me or not. Please help me, so I can get well soon.

आप ये लें। पुनर्नवादि गुग्गुल 2-2 गोक्शुरादि गुग्गुल 2-2 चंद्राप्रभा बटी 2-2 आरोग्य वर्धिनी बटी 2-2 सुबह शाम खाली पेट । धनिया,सौंफ,जीरा,तीनों को मिलाकर 10 ग्राम,रात को 200 मिली पानी में भिगो दें,सुबह को 15 मिनट उबालकर छानकर इसी पानी के साथ उपरोक्त दवाईयां लें।15 दिन बाद रिपोर्ट कराकर सूचित करें।

Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin.The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube.The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

Conditioning Before Shampoo vs Post Shampoo - What's Ideal?

Conditioners and shampoos, you need both for an appropriate hair care regimen. Just like most other people, you might have the confusion about conditioner use - whether to use it before you shampoo your hair or when you're done with shampooing.

Read on to find out what you should be doing.

1. Hair Type: A factor that determines your use of a conditioner before you shampoo or after it depends on your hair type. For individuals who have dry or thick hair, using a conditioner after you shampoo is the most apt, especially during the winter months when complaints of flyaway hairs are very common. Conditioning before you apply shampoo to your hair is ideal if you've fine hair as it provides your hair with much needed nourishment. Additionally, it allows the shampoo to distribute evenly all over your hair.

2. Greasy Hair: Applying a conditioner before you shampoo your hair is most apt for individuals whose hair is prone to oiliness. This is because it helps you in thoroughly washing away the grease that gets build up in your hair when it's time to shampoo. The regimen of shampoo and conditioning afterwards doesn't ensure a proper elimination of the problem.

3. The Problem of Residues: If you condition your hair before shampooing, you can rest assure that no residues get left behind on the scalp. This is not the case when you condition your hair afterwards. Many a time, if you don't rinse properly residues of the conditioner used get left behind, thereby weighing down your hair.

Unless your hair is of normal texture, conditioning before shampooing can prove to be beneficial for your hair.

Definitely use large plates if you’re trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. 7.Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 8.Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth. 9. Don't smoke. Smokers tend to weigh less than non-smokers, and quitting smoking often leads to weight gain. 10.
