This is unfortunate that you had a breakup before exams.Yet a true fact. If you don't do well in exams what are the possible consequences and if they are not acceptable, then what do you do to do well in your exams? Some questions for you to answer. Regarding the depression, keep yourself occupied with studies, exercising, relaxing, friends, positive thinking, a healthy diet etc which will help you to do better in exams. If you can wait till after the exams, then do visit a counsellor who will guide you to overcome the depression too. Take care.

General Physician,
People wrongly believe that masturbation is a bad habit, or sin and it causes loss of energy and many side effects can occur. All these are myths and it is a safe act to give vent to sexual drive in men who cannot do sex. People fear if they have adverse effect on marriage or that their energy is wasted and such many funny misbeliefs are going around and all are not true. One can do as many times as he feels and health or energy is not affected or there will be no effect on marriage Masturbation is the self-stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm (sexual climax). It is commonly done by touching, stroking, or massaging the penis or clitoris until an orgasm is achieved. Some women also use stimulation of the vagina to masturbate or use "sex toys, such as a vibrator. Just about everybody. Masturbation is a very common behaviour, even among people who have sexual relations with a partner. In one national study, 95% of males and 89% of females reported that they have masturbated. Masturbation is the first sexual act experienced by most males and females. In young children, masturbation is a normal part of the growing child's exploration of his or her body. Most people continue to masturbate in adulthood, and many do so throughout their lives. In addition to feeling good, masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. It also is necessary when a man must give a semen sample for fertility testing or for sperm donation. When sexual dysfunction is present in an adult, masturbation may be prescribed by a sex therapist to allow a person to experience an orgasm (often in women) or to delay its arrival (often in men). While it once was regarded as a perversion and a sign of a mental problem, masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life. Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behaviour. Some cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behaviour. Some experts suggest that masturbation can actually improve sexual health and relationships. By exploring your own body through masturbation, you can determine what is erotically pleasing to you and can share this with your partner. Some partners use mutual masturbation to discover techniques for a more satisfying sexual relationship and to add to their mutual intimacy. Sex boosts your body’s ability to make protective antibodies against bacteria, viruses, and other germs that cause common illnesses. Of course, there’s more to cultivating a robust immune system than having a healthy sex life. Eating right, exercising, getting adequate sleep, and keeping up to date with vaccinations all contribute to having strong and healthy defences against contagious illnesses. It is a good exercise .Like every other kind of physical activity, sex burns calories, too! Sitting and watching TV burns about 1 calorie per minute. Having sex increases your heart rate and utilizes various muscle groups, burning about 5 calories per minute. Regular sex cannot replace sessions at the gym, but a having an active, healthy sex life is a nice way to get some extra physical activity. Sexual activity helps keep levels of hormones, like oestrogen and testosterone, in check. When these hormones are out of balance, conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis may develop. When it comes to protecting heart health by having sex, more is better. One study in men showed that those who had sex at least 2 times a week were 50% less likely to die of heart disease than their less sexually active men. Sexual stimulation (including masturbation) and orgasm can help keep pain away. Both activities can reduce pain sensation and increase your pain threshold. Orgasms result in the release of hormones that can help block pain signals. Some women report that self-stimulation through masturbation can reduce symptoms of menstrual cramps, arthritis, and even headache. One study showed that men who had frequent ejaculations (defined as 21 times a month or more) were less likely to develop prostate cancer than those who had fewer ejaculations. It did not matter if the ejaculations occurred through intercourse, masturbation, or nocturnal emissions.

Cheese comes in many delicious varieties, so you can pair it with your favorite dish. It has all the nutritional benefits of milk products. Most of the cheese varieties contain high amount of fat, which is beneficial for those people who are trying to gain weight. One serving of cheese can add 69 calories, as it is made from concentrated milk that provides proteins, calcium, cholesterol and fat to the body. •You can also try goat cheese with eggs and Parmesan on top of asparagus.

Hi, you need to learn to manage your stress. You can discuss with me to learn stress management at work. Practice yoga and meditation. Although you could technically consider yoga your daily exercise, practicing the deep stretches and slow body movements will help you to clear your mind. Meditating - clearing your mind - while practicing gentle yoga will give double the relaxation effect to ease your stress. Use guided imagery to imagine a place that makes you feel at peace. Imagine somewhere that you feel happy; focus on the details to fully remove your mind from the present. Do yoga alone or in a group setting to help you learn new poses. As you advance in your yoga, you will be able to form complex stretches that force you to focus and take your mind off your stress. Practice deep relaxation by doing progressive muscle relaxation. This is when you work through your body by tensing your muscles, holding the tension for ten seconds, and then releasing it. This will soften and relieve all the muscles in your body.

How to get rid of hair loss? Any medicines for the growth and nourishment of new hair scalp? How to take care of our ...
Hair fall is a very natural process. It happens to anyone and almost everyone. On an average we lose about 50-100 strands of hair a day. Losing this amount of hair is considered normal. However, losing a bunch of hair every time you run your hands through your hair is a cause of concern. Both men and women face this problem in varying degrees because of different reasons. Some common causes of hair fall are: 1. Genetics Hereditary hair loss is one of the most common causes of hair fall and is something which cannot be completely controlled. Also referred to as androgenic alopecia or common baldness, the exact cause of the balding pattern which is present in both men and women is not known. 2. Environment Constant changes in the weather and increasing levels of air and water pollution, including particulate matter, smoke, dust and other harmful substances can cause irritation, itching and oily scalp, thus damaging hair and in turn causing hair fall. 3. Excessive Styling  Heat and chemicals make your hair week. Straightening, blow-drying, and perming or any kind of artificial heat can cause irreparable damage and hair fall in the long run. 4. Poor Nutrition Diet plays an important role in our overall physical wellbeing, hair included. Hair is made up of a protein called Keratin. The lack of protein rich foods in diet deprives your hair of the nutrition it needs making it brittle, giving rise to premature hair fall. 5. Medications Diabetes, scalp related infections and dandruff can cause hair fall too. Also, medication used to treat these ailments often have side effects the most common being hair loss. 6. Hormonal Changes Pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, thyroid problems, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) all can cause hormonal imbalances and can lead to significant hair loss.  Birth Control Pills are also known to cause hair loss as a side effect. 7. Stress Stress not only affects our mental health but also affects our physical well-being.  Stressed individuals often suffer from insomnia, loss of appetite and hair fall. SIMPLE WAYS TO PREVENT HAIR FALL Preventing hair loss is better than having to treat it later. So, don’t wait till you lose all of it. These simple hair care tips and home remedies will help you avoid hair loss and maintain your beautiful tresses. Choose Wisely – Use a shampoo that suites your hair type making sure it is not too harsh. -Avoid shampoos with a high concentration of sulphates, alcohol and perfume. -Massaging your scalp can work wonders as it increases the blood flow to scalp. Use coconut or almond oil  while massaging the scalp. Eat Right -The most important factor to be considered is Diet. Feed your scalp with nourishing foods. -A balanced diet is must and should be rich in protein, iron, vitamins C, E and zinc. -Drink 1-2 liters of water throughout the day -Have lots of  green leafy vegetables which are loaded with iron -Add dairy products, like milk, curd, cheese and soya to get proteins essential for hair health -Opt for  foods packed with vitamin E, like almonds, walnuts and raspberries or strawberries which  promote scalp circulation, as well as  vitamin C-rich foods like broccoli, tomatoes and other citrus fruits. -Nuts also contain omega 3 fatty acids that are excellent for hair growth. -Walnuts are a great source of zinc and zinc deficiency is linked to hair fall. Handle Your Hair With Care – Use styling tools with caution. Invest in good quality products and restrict their use to once  a week -Avoid brushing your hair when wet. -Do not dry your hair vigorously. Instead of wiping your hair dry, it is better to partially dry your hair until damp and then let it dry naturally. -Bleach and hair dyes should be kept to the minimum or completely avoided. Stay Active Stay active. Go for regular walks or opt for an exercise regimen or join yoga classes  to improve your overall well-being including hair health Manage Stress – Stress triggers hormonal imbalances thus interfering with bodily cycles and hair growth cycles. -Meditation, deep breathing exercises and power naps  can help to both reduce stress.

stop tab. omnacortil. swelling on thyroid gland is not side effect of masturbation.. you have thyroid so there is swelling in thyroid gland.pl. continue your medicines for thyroid. pl. do MRI of thyroid gland. after that you can consult again. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid alcohl if you take.
