If painless bleeding then its normal but if, she feel severe pain during menses then it may be due to pelvic infection or pelvic pathological disease. So, get an ultrasound of lower abdomen.

Please do a routine blood tests along with thyroid function test to rule out any thyroid abnormalities. To gain weight, its not necessary that you should eat more. Rather, timely food and regular exercise and proper sleep are the supporting factors. Your diet should include sprouted cereals and pulses that to be consumed with a pinch of salt. Drink 1 glass milk every day. Avoid drinking more tea if you have such habit. Consume more fruits. Some ayurvedic medicines to gain weight are follows 1. Dasamoolarishtam (30 ml to be consumed 2 times after food vis. Morning and night) 2. Shathavaree gulam (1 tsp in night after food)

These medicines have nothing to do with your low Hb levels. Therefore continue with them as advised by your Physician. I would advice you to take iron supplements to increase your iron levels. Also take food like fish, chicken and green leafy vegetables, bananas that are rich sources of iron.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.

Clobenate must not be used in infection, stop it. Other antifungal medicine can be tried if fluconazole is not working. Apply cream of antifungal and also eat in tablet form for quick recovery.

Need to take a balanced diet 1. Papaya both the papaya fruit and its leaves can help increase a low platelet count within just a few days. In 2009, researchers at the asian institute of science and technology in malaysia found that papaya leaf juice can increase the platelet count of people diagnosed with dengue fever. Eat ripe papaya or drink a glass of papaya juice with a little lemon juice 2 or 3 times daily. You can also pound a few papaya leaves without the stalk using a pestle and mortar to extract the juice. Drink 2 tablespoons of this bitter juice 2 times a day. 2. Wheatgrass according to a 2011 study published in international journal of universal pharmacy and life sciences, wheatgrass can be beneficial in increasing platelet count. In fact, it can produce significant increases in hemoglobin, red blood cell, total white blood cell and differential white blood cell counts. This happens because wheatgrass is high in chlorophyll with a molecular structure almost identical to the hemoglobin molecule in human blood. Simply drink cup of wheatgrass juice mixed with a little lemon juice daily. Pumpkin pumpkin is another helpful food to improve your low platelet count. It is rich in vitamin a that helps support proper platelet development. It also regulates the proteins produced in the cells, which is important to raise the platelet level. In glass of fresh pumpkin juice, add 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it 2 or 3 times a day. Also, include pumpkin in your diet by adding pumpkin puree to soups, stews, smoothies and baked goods. 4. Spinach spinach is a good source of vitamin k which is often used to help treat low platelet disorder. Vitamin k is required for proper blood clotting. Thus, it reduces the risk of excessive bleeding. Boil 4 or 5 leaves of fresh spinach in 2 cups of water for a few minutes. Allow it to cool, and mix in 1/2 glass of tomato juice. Drink it 3 times a day. Also, enjoy this green vegetable in salads, green smoothies, side dishes or soups. 5. Vitamin c to increase your platelet count, you need to increase your intake of vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. A study published in 1990 in the japanese journal of hematology stated that vitamin c improves platelet count. Being a powerful antioxidant, high doses of vitamin c also prevent free-radical mediated damage of the platelets. Your body requires 400 to 2, 000 mg of vitamin c per day, depending on your age and overall health. Eat foods high in vitamin c like lemons, oranges, tomatoes, can notaloupes, kiwi, spinach, bell peppers and broccoli. You may also take vitamin c in supplement form daily, but only after consulting your doctor. 6. Indian gooseberries a popular ayurvedic remedy to raise your platelet count is indian gooseberries, also known as amla. The vitamin c in amla can help increase the production of platelets and boost your immune system. Eat 3 to 4 gooseberries on an empty stomach every morning. Alternatively, mix together 2 tablespoons each of amla juice and honey. Drink it 2 or 3 times daily. You can also eat homemade jam or pickles made with fresh indian gooseberries.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. If done right, in the right technique, you can work out. Do not jump into heavy weights without gradually with practice moving on to it. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
