Statin can contribute to ulceration. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need Coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with Multivitamin cap, for five days in the morning after meals & antiseptic ointment or gel on the area of ulcer until then. Eat all you can is my principle...!!! But but but...a small but...never forget to gargle and brush after every sweet meal you eat...As the glucose in sweet food is acidic in nature causing your teeth to be more prone to caries...So keep Eating AND Brushing!!!

Hello Replacing tooth will be more painful. But these both procedures are performed under local anesthesia so you won't feel pain. First visit a dentist and get an x ray done for the tooth then the dentist will decide whether to do a root canal or simply cavity filling. Regards.

Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
