Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
The treatment of hyperthyroidism with antithyroid drugs is usually given for 18 months to 24 months. Then when thyroid function becomes normal dosage is either reduced or these drugs are discontinued. Thyroid function may remain normal or may again become over active. In that situation there may be some other treatment may be considered like radio active iodine or surgery. So you will have to continue the treatment for some more time with may be slightly increased dosage. Thanks.

Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

Lantus is a basal insulin which means it gives a fairly same level of control over approximately 24 hrs. Ryzodeg is a combination of aspart which acts quickly to control your post meal sugar, and degludec which acts over 24 hrs. Its in a fixed combination (30/70) so any change in the total dose will compulsorily change both the components in the same proportion causing hypo or hyperglycemia. Are you a type 1 diabetic? because in that case its better not to take the premixed ryzodeg. Rather lantus with separate doses of aspart before meals will be better.

Hye,
Thanks for the query.
Firstly medication is needed initially to manage the high sugar levels. Then start by following healthy lifestyle and you can slowly reduce medication. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history.
Though you can follow some guidelines -
The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels.
You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake.
Have small frequent meals.
Do not fast for long hours.
Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet.
Avoid a very heavy meal at one time.
Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar.
Avoid junk foods.
Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl.
Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia.
Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.
