Thanks for the query. From the complaints you had described it could be stress to the muscles of the neck. I would like you to maintain roper posture at your work place. Start on some neck stretching and strengthening exercises. If the pain is not settling then consult your local orthopedician and get opinion,

I am 36. How can I increase my sex time with my partner. How can I increase my penis size while my penis size is 4 inch only. Can you provide any tablet to increase the strength of penis for good sex and satisfy for partner.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi, Improving your sexual stamina is partly a matter of improving your physical fitness, so the exercise tips in this section are all of use if your lovemaking sessions are often cut short because you find yourself exhausted or out of breath during sex. Chronically short lovemaking can also have a variety of hormonal or medical causes, though these can be rare - if you're already physically fit and you have poor sexual stamina, you may want to see a doctor just in case. However, sex is much more than a purely physical activity. Just as important as your physical health is your emotional well-being. An inability to have satisfying sex is often the result of emotional issues or interpersonal problems within a relationship. Foods which increases your sexual stamina: Chillies, peppers, avocados, bananas, blueberry, nuts, avocado, figs, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, asparagus, wheat germ, chocolates, oysters, pomegranate, red wine, walnuts, vanilla, watermelon, coffee and spicy food. Management: When it comes to how to increase male stamina in bed, it is important for guys to maintain a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. Follow 7 tips below to boost your libido quickly. -Reduce Alcohol Consumption. Alcohol could damage seriously your sexual hormone levels. Though a few drinks of alcohol can help you keep up social appearances, they certainly will not keep your stamina in bed. -What you should do is to pay all your attention to your partner and enjoy the experience. On the other hand, in order to know how to be in moment, you need to know how to reduce stress and how to improve mental health and well-being effectively. That way, your stamina will come. -The next tip on how to increase male stamina is practicing Kegel exercise. This type of exercises could strengthen your pelvic floor muscle. When your pelvic muscle gets strong, you will gain more control over it. Those men who have control over their own pelvic muscle might be able to have stronger and firmer erections as well as easily delay ejaculation. In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections. Once you practice Kegel regularly, you will know how to stop premature ejaculation effectively. -To heighten your own sexual experience, it is critical for you to stretch your calves and quads and ease them into the needs of flexible sex-ercise. Do not let this muscular pain cramp your style.

Dear Lybrate user. The transparent clear liquid which comes out of your penis while having foreplay, speaking to a girl, watching porn etc is called pre-cum. This is a natural procedure and you don't have to stop it. Pre-cum is used as a lubricant on the penis glans, when the penis enters the vagina. Please understand. This is never a health problem. Don't worry. Take care.

I am suffering from dengue please tell me prevention and control against dengue please Plz. Plz.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
The principal symptoms of dengue are: High fever and at least two of the following: Severe headache Severe eye pain (behind eyes) Joint pain Muscle and/or bone pain Rash Mild bleeding manifestation (e. G, nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: Severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting Red spots or patches on the skin Bleeding from nose or gums Vomiting blood Black, tarry stools (feces, excrement) Drowsiness or irritability Pale, cold, or clammy skin Difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Persons who think they have dengue should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. They should also rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Preventing dengue fever: the best way to prevent the disease is to prevent bites by infected mosquitoes. To protect yourself: Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks. Make sure window and door screens are secure and free of holes. If sleeping areas are not screened or air conditioned, use mosquito nets.

I have motions 4-5 times a day. Is it due to over consumption of milk? Doctor found ulcer on my large intestine. Is it harmful or a cause of cancer?

MD - General Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Kolkata
Are the motions watery or mucus like? the former may be due to intolerance of milk. Where was the ulcer located? was biopsy taken from it? solitary rectal ulcer is a separate entity. Another common disease that can cause ulcer in large intestine is ulcerative colitis. That requires long term therapy.

Is cold water not good for health? What is the side effects and benefits of cold water.

Nutrition - Management of Weight & Lifestyle Related Disorders
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Delhi
When you drink cold beverages, your blood vessels shrink, your digestion becomes restricted, and hydration is hindered. Instead of working to digest the food and absorb the nutrients to create energy, your body expends energy to regulate your temperature. Drinking cold water after a meal creates excess mucus in your body, which can lead to a decrease in the immune system function, making it easier to catch cold and other illnesses. If you eat food while drinking cold beverages or immediately after, the water temperature solidifies fats from the foods you’ve just eaten, and the body in turn finds it hard to digest the unwanted fats from your body. Try to take water at room temperature.
