If you think this is not normal work upon it, try to remain calm, meditate. Use your energy somewhere like gym, sports exercise etc. Or do some social service. Try (biochemic) kaliphos 30x 4 pills 4 times for month and nervocalm (use as directed).

Menstrual problems and their impact on female health

Good evening my name is Dr. Rahul Manchanda and I'm a gynecologist obstetrician. I do specialize in gynecological endoscopy which is a subspecialty of obstetrics and gynecology in which we look at women's diseases through small cuts. We treat them and manage them. Women's diseases that we look through this method or anything from people who can't conceive who have difficulty in conceiving to menstrual problems pain during the periods right up to cancer and women as we know are the pivot of society and the family in general and they need to look after their health. Whether you have heavy periods or you have pain during your periods. That isn't really normal. You must visit a gynecologist and make sure that there is nothing a problem there.

If you need to consult me I am available on the Lybrate website these gynecological endoscopic procedures are less painful you don't need to stay in the hospital for very long. The bleeding is minimal and of course, Kostas comes down because the medicines required much less. Besides the patient going home soon so you can diagnose most problems with this and treat them also the most common killer in our society for women are cervical cancers utrine cancer and these can be diagnosed and should be diagnosed through these procedures. A minimally invasive technique which is hysteroscopy or laparoscopy helps us diagnose them and treat them so the long periods of staying in hospitalslarge unsightly cutss the huge amount of pain that one has during surgery and after is much less and they don't have to suffer the agony of going through it.

Please look after your health. Please visit your gynecologist so that you can treat these problems and manage them and be healthy as a normal person. Thank you.

When I have done the master checkup I observed that I have more bad cholesterol and very less good cholesterol. Can someone guide to some healthy foods that I can take in part of every day to reduce the bad cholesterol and increase the good cholesterol? thanks in advance.

Food which increase bad cholesterol are meat, butter or ghee, and yellow of egg. Meat here means red meat. Cholesterol is not present in any plant derived product. Foods that decrease good cholesterol are fried foods, fast foods, coconut oil, cookies. Smoking or tobacco also lowers good cholesterol. To increase good cholesterol: regular exercise, almonds, flexseeds, walnuts. However the increase is not more that 5 mg. Drugs may also help to similar extent. More important is ratio of bad (take them as criminal) to good cholesterol (take it as police). So lowering the bad cholesterol is priority. Genetically also we indians have low good cholesterol.

How Ayurveda Helps To Treat Genital Warts?

How Ayurveda Helps To Treat Genital Warts?

Warts are small fleshy growths on human skin, which can happen anywhere over the body and are usually harmless, although they could be unsightly and if growing in certain areas, may be painful. Genital warts belong to that variety. Most warts are caused by human Papilloma virus (HPV) and genital warts are no different.

Causes of Genital warts:

Genital warts are usually contracted during sexual intercourse. During intercourse, tearing of skin and contact with an infected individual will pass of the virus to another person. This is how HPV is transmitted, which may result in genital warts. Other than being unsightly, genital warts can be painful if they are in position when they have friction against clothing and they may also obstruct the flow of urine requiring them to be removed expediently.

Treatment of genital warts in ayurveda:

Ayurveda has some great remedies to cure this problem. Let us have a look at a few of them:

  1. The onion and salt mixture remedy: This natural remedy has primarily two elements, which are onion and salt. To make this mixture you slice two onions, and sprinkle them with salt before leaving them overnight. In the morning, mash the onions into a thick paste and then pass it through a filter or sieve to extract juice. Apply this juice on the warts periodically for a few weeks until they either shrivel or fall off.
  2. The garlic paste remedy: This is another easy remedy which if applied consistently can bring great results fairly quickly. In this method you need to take a few cloves of garlic, crush them to a paste, apply this paste on the warts, cover the affected area with a bandage and leave it for an hour. After an hour remove the bandage and wash of the area. Repeat this for a few weeks and you should see the results.
  3. The potato remedy: This remedy would require you to follow the steps multiple times a day. Take a potato and cut it into slices. Use these slices to rub the affected area. This has to be followed up multiple times a day, preferable at least 3 or more times. Doing this for 2 to 3 weeks will bring results where the warts will either shrink up or fall off. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.
