Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. I am 30 years old I got recently married in September. Since then I got pain in my joints and lower back I also have some digestive issues (e.g. Gases and acid reflexes) I can't resist the use of heavy protein .in short I am not able to digest properly THE strengthening foods due to some acid troubles like I have lactose intolerance fatty foods intolerance etc I am suffering from nerve weakness or general weakness. After marriage I got weight gain by six kg and this nerve weakness now affects my sexual health to some extent I am 6 feet tall with 84 kgs of weight. please suggest me something useful to overcome this weakness. Try these simple home remedies for gastritis. 1. You can boil 2 cups of water with 4 teaspoons of carom seeds until the water reduces by half. Strain the mixture and drink ½ cup of it 2 times a day. This helps to reduce gastritis. 2.Add 1 teaspoon of freshly chopped ginger root to 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey and sip this tea slowly. Drink it 2 or 3 times a day for about a week. Alternatively, mix together ½ tablespoon each of ginger juice and honey. Take it before eating your meal 2 times daily for a week. Ginger also has anti inflammatory properties that will help you reduce your joint pain and stifffness. 3. Chamomile tea may also be very helpful in treating gastritis. It is rich in certain essential oils that are beneficial for the digestive system. It can even soothe the intestinal walls, providing relief from sudden pains, and eliminate gas. Plus, it can reduce stomach inflammation and thus reduce the risk of ulcers. -Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers to 1 cup of hot water. Cover and allow it to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain, then add some honey. Drink this tea several times daily for a week. 4. Peppermint is another herb known to treat gastritis due to its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antispasmodic properties. Its soothing properties can reduce inflammation of the stomach lining. Plus, it can help reduce nausea, indigestion and heartburn. You can also chew fresh peppermint leaves or add them to your soups, salads and smoothies. 5. Strawberries can also help heal gastritis due to their antioxidant property. It can help prevent the start of inflammation in the stomach lining. Add 1 tablespoon of dried strawberry leaves to a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Drink it 2 or 3 times daily until the gastritis symptoms subside. To prevent gastritis, eat a few strawberries daily. 6. Olive oil massage: heat olive oil and then massage the oil on your painful joints. Olive oil has pain reducing properties. 7. Turmeric and ginger tea: add 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder to 1 glass of water and and boil it. Drink this mixture in once in 2 days. It helps reduc pain and gastritis.

If you want to help him, you can. Please see that only lemon will not do. On the other hand congratulations that he is having desire to keep wt under control. That's why he is using stairs and eats less. His metabolism needs to be corrected. Take following steps: 1. Cleanse gut - taruni kusumakar kusumakar churna 1/2 tsp at night with warm water. It's a mild purgative. Will settle in 1-2 days. So start on the eve of holiday. 2. Deepan and pachan- may give agnitundi vati 1 bid, chitrakadi 2 bid, tab liv 52 ds 1 bid. 3. Medohar guggul- 2 bid 4. Kumaryasava- helps in digestion n metabolism. 15 ml + equal water after meals twice a day. All medicines with warm water. Lots of water (little hot) to be sipped whenever he gets time. Ask him to do so deep breathing esp kapal bhati. Start from 3 minutes in the morning if possible or 1/2 - 1 hr before dinner. Raise to 10 minutes in a week or so. If can have walks for 30- 45 minutes, its good. Otherwise walk within house/ flat itself as much he can do for 4 weeks and report. It will continue but you have to ask and report every 4 weeks for any change in directions. Say him to avoid tea coffee in office or take green tea or hot water sips. Nobody minds. I know. Avoid sugar in tea. Avoid sweets, heavy oily food. Serve him only green salad at night every alternative day. If feels hungry, roasted gram seeds may be given. Keep these with him in office bag. Amused? it will work. Itch of eating should be satisfied this way. My experience has been wonderful like this. Best wishes.

Why Early Risers Tend to Be Healthier

Early to bed and early to rise, makes one healthy, wealthy and wise. We have all heard this age old adage since time immemorial. Yet, how many of us actually adhere to it? Staying up late and waking up even later has become a lifestyle problem that many of us have succumbed to. It has become common to hear people complaining that they simply cannot make it out of bed on time. This can lead to various health problems in the long run.

So what are the health advantages of rising early. Read on to find out more!

  1. Healthier Appetite: When you wake up early, you have given your body a six to eight hour period of fasting time, which has been recommended by doctors for ages now. This basically helps the body in asking for the right food at the right time, which creates a healthy appetite and healthy food intake as a consequence. When you wake up early, you eliminate healthy eating because you end up grabbing whatever it is that can quell the ravenous hunger that you feel after prolonged hours of sleep.
  2. Depression: People who wake up early are generally less prone to depression. A medical study has also shown that there are definite links between the tendency to hit the bed late and depression. It is a well known fact that a lack of routine can lead to a state of imbalance in the mind and body. This can also have an adverse effect on the hormonal balance of the person and lead to depression and mental conditions along the same lines.
  3. BMI: People who wake up early and work their way into the day with proper meals and eating habits tend to have a more balanced BMI. A healthy BMI is where you weight is appropriate for your height. This may differ for men and women with the same height.
  4. Exercise: When you wake up late, you actually have that much more of catching up to do, which can lead to grogginess and sudden jerks to the nerves and neurotransmitters as well as the signals that they emanate. All this has a profound effect on the amount of time that we allot for other activities like exercise, which can help one destress even as it keeps us healthy.

From being more sedentary to leading a lifestyle where eating right is the last priority, the lives of those who wake up late seems to be bereft of a proper life rhythm. Waking up early leaves people with the energy to pursue a little bit of everything for a balanced day and life, in the long run.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Premature ejaculation (pe) occurs when men cannot control semen flow or have excessive sensitivity. So, before treatment, you should precisely diagnose the cause of your problem. Hello, Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minute. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Home remedies to Control high BP:-1. Bananas are one fruit that people with high blood pressure can eat regularly to control it. Bananas are a rich source of potassium, which lessens the effect of sodium.So, try to eat one or two bananas daily. Along with bananas, you can try dried apricots, raisins, orange juice, spinach, baked sweet potatoes. 2. Eat one or two crushed garlic cloves daily. You can simply crush them with your hands. Crushing garlic cloves creates hydrogen sulfide, a compound that promotes good blood flow, removes gas and reduces the pressure on the heart.If you do not like eating raw garlic or if it causes a burning sensation, then take it along with a cup of milk. You can also mix five or six drops of garlic juice in four teaspoons of water and take it twice a day.

I have gain alot weight in past 2yrs of my marriage and finding very hard ro reduce. I have bp issues as well and face anxiety sometimes. I am a bit short tempered and loose confidence early. Dear you need to do a lot of hard work for at least 6 months. 1. Do jogging 2 km early morning and aerobics in evening. Daily. 2. Skip dinner only take soups and oats at night. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily and prefer luke warm water in evening. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. Morning and evening. 6. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 7. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 8. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 9. Take 500 mg medohar guggulu and 500mg triphala guggulu twice a day with warm water after meals (chew it well before swallowing). 10. Revert me back after 20 days, good luck and take care.
