You may think that it is just a harmless drink or two at the end of the day to help you relax. it's just a few drinks when you get together with friends. or it's just that you need to get rid of the office stress. We all need to catch a break sometimes, which makes our favorite brand of drink our best friend. Trouble starts when 'a drink or two' moves to a level where you can't hold the drink anymore. It affects your ability to think straight and take decisions that you may regret in retrospect. Alcoholism not only has serious health consequences but also can ruin your life and relationships. Don't tread down the path of self destruction, or this is what you'll find:

  1. Conflict: It is not a coincidence that fights are common when one or both partners are caught up with alcohol abuse. It is said that if there is too much alcohol in your system, it hampers with your ability to make rational decisions. It allows you to become inconsiderate about others, and give more importance your addiction over their requirements. It, to an extent, numbs you to what others feel, and makes you drink even more.
  2. Financial loss: Alcohol costs money. And the more you spend to keep up with your addiction, the more money flows out of your monthly household expenses, monthly savings and retirement plans. And this money literally goes down the drain. Like any other addiction, once you start alcohol abuse, you need it everyday. Drinking may go on to impact your ability to hold on to your job as no one will eventually want to hire someone who has alcohol on their breath at 9 am during client meetings. Alcohol is a strict restriction in certain professions where you may put other people at risk. At the very best, you'll be left with a warning. At the worst, you'll lose your job and end up with no work and no money to support your addiction.
  3. Accident prone: In 2014, 9,967 people died in drunk driving crashes - one every 53 minutes. This may sound only like a statistic to you - until you speak to the families who lost their loved ones or have to see them suffer through loss of limbs or brain function to bear lifelong suffering. And as far as you are concerned, you may end up seeing the wrong end of a prison. Such things have a profound impact on your relationship - many of which fail to last through the ordeal.
  4. Infidelity: You've seen it a thousand times in movies - which actually might get reflected in reality, if you wake up next to someone whose name you don't know.
  5. Infertility: Alcohols and babies don't mix. Too much alcohol intake can stop women from making and keeping a baby.
  6. Divorce: An alcoholic husband or wife is a valid ground of mental trauma applicable in a divorce.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Twist Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Side Crunches, Bicycle Exercise, Rolling Plank Exercise, Lunge Twist, Side To Side Bending, Stomach Vacuum, Captain’s Chair, Walking, Jogging, Running, Cardio Exercises, Swimming. Do not drink water immediately after meals. Lunch salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. In case you do not digest raw vegetables, either steam or boil them. Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis (indian recipe) and a glass of buttermilk. It will be good to add some roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger in the butter milk. For more details consult me privately.

To loose weight change food habites Avoid to oil end ghee prepretions fast end junk food habites over eating. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales salad take fiber foods. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you take Ķeva slim tea boiled for few minuties in morning 3o minuties before lunch end dinner (1/2 spoon in a 1 1/2 cup of water boiled turn into one cup filter than take it) one pack than consult me for further treatment.

Hello- here are 26 weight loss tips that are actually evidence-based- 1. Drink water, especially before meals. 2. Eat eggs for breakfast. 3. Drink coffee (preferably black). 4. Drink green tea. 5. Hello, it is natural to get belly fat when you are on complete bed rest. -drink warm water instead of cold. -drink warm water with lemon every morning, -cut your daily calorie intake by 25% in a way that your body does not feel weak.(example, make healthy substitutes for unhealthy snacks or eat steamed rice instead of pulav etc.) -do kapal bhati for ten minutes every evening, it comes under pranayam, is a breathing process that will help you loose belly fat.
