Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Hi lybrate-user below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.

Hi lybrate-user reduce your inches 1 teaspoonful dhaniya seed powder 1 teaspoonful flaxseed powder 1/2 teaspoon meti seed powder 1/4 teaspoon kala jeera powder method: - mix all the mixture in 1 glass of water overnight and boiled this mixture early morning for 10 minutes. Follow a proper diet and exercise routine. Avoid the intake of excess salt, sugar, sweet, fried, oil, ghee, butter and other foods that have fats. Include cabbage soup in your daily diet. It would be better for you to eat steam cooked or boiled food in order to prevent the risk of adding on the weight. •Make sure that you only steam cooks all your veggies and do not fry them when you are cooking. •You can also consume boiled chicken or fish every day, but make sure that you should never eat fried chicken or other meat.

5 diet myths debunked!

The term 'diet' immediately makes you think of a starving and depriving weight-loss regimen. But diet simply means what food we eat in the course of 24 hours, one week or one month. Nonetheless, certain myths have arisen surrounding this term too and which have been debunked here:

Myth 1: cutting carbohydrate helps you lose weight

You need carbohydrates for energy. A minimum of 130 grams of carbs is recommended each day which is a far cry from low carb diets that start with 20 grams or less. Fat diets aside, what matters is how refined the carbohydrates are. Refining removes grain's fibrous coating, which leads to faster food digestion. That’s why whole fruits with their fiber and nutrients are good choices despite their simple carbohydrates. The idea is to cut back on refined carbs such as soda and foods made with white flour while loading up on healthier carbs like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Myth 2: diet foods help you drop pounds

If you scan labels for the lowest calorie and fat counts you might be doing yourself more harm than good. Pre-packaged diet foods have a lot more sugar and trans fat. As with carbs, it is the quality of fat and not the amount that matters. Monounsaturated fats (nuts, olive oils, avocados) and polyunsaturated variety (in corn, soybean) help your cardiovascular system and improve weight loss. Trans fat and saturated fat have been linked with heart disease and even cancer.

Myth 3: the more you cut calories, the more weight you will lose

If you cut your calories too far you'll end up decreasing your metabolism and muscle mass. To get the most out of calories you should choose whole foods like fresh meat and fish, and whole grains that are as close to their natural state as possible. They have higher nutrient density than refined foods as they pack more vitamins and minerals into fewer calories.

Myth 4: dairy products make you fat

A dairy-rich diet can double fat reduction and weight loss, and help prevent weight gain. Three servings of low or non-fat dairy a day is recommended every day. A cup of milk or yogurt or 1 and a half ounces of cheese equals one serving.

Myth 5: brown equals whole grain

Whole grains reduce your risk of many chronic ailments, from obesity, diabetes to cardiovascular disease. The extra fiber in whole grain is essential. Whole grain foods tend to be richer in vitamin b and e than, refined grains.

You should fallow this diets early morning take lemon juice in warm water with 1tsp honey breakfast milk cornflakes with apple, 11am take papaya full plate, lunch 2chapati, dsl, vegetables and salad, evening green tea with roasted channa, in dinner take milk cornflakes or oats with apple.

Hello lybrate-user, lifestyle modification like balanced diet and exercise needs to be followed. Take very less sodium (salt) in your diet. Avoid oily and junk foods. Have 10-12 glasses of water. Kindly get yourself checked for thyroid.

Majority of vegetables contains less fat. You should take food which contains less oil. Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.

It's good to put bottle gourd  in boil vegetables. For weight loss. I eat boil vegetables in lunch sometime in breakfast too. It contains Carrots, bottle gourd, French beans, green peas, soybean chunks & sweet corns.

Hello lybrate-user, yes boiled vegetables are good for weight loss and there is no harm from bottle gourd. But don't eat in breakfast and lunch. You should eat boiled vegetables in dinner for good results. Eat healthy breakfast with five food groups like milk, cereals like oats/ poha, wheat flakes, eggs, sprouts (all should be prepared only in olive oil)
