Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Eating junk, bad lifestyle, having a baby, too much stress and the daily hustle bustle are some of the common reasons why people develop a pot belly. Apart from making you look unglamorous, a flabby belly can increase your risk of developing heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and other problems. That’s why, you should embark on a better diet and lower your risk while following these yoga asanas or poses, which cut right through the wider abdomen areas and helps reduce that fat for good.

1) Surya-Namaskar - It is very effective in attacking the belly fat and increases overall health. This confluence of 12 yoga positions has forward and backward bends, a move called downward dog and a plank with lunges. So, it targets all body parts.

2) Boat Pose - Like a boat, when the legs stretch out, toes face the ceiling and arms move closer towards the legs, you power up your spine and contract your abdominal region. This is one of the power poses that allow maximum and most rapid belly fat loss.

3) Raised Foot Pose - Uttanpadasana is the posture that can help in reducing belly fat, particularly when it lurks at the lower abdomen (love handles, weight after pregnancy). It is an effective way to eliminate the flab. Just raise your foot and bring the toes to the ceiling. You can also lower them down slowly for increased effect.

4) Cobra Pose - The good old cobra pose is great for strengthening your back muscles and also help in alleviating back and stomach pains. The backward bend and the stretch relieves the pressure from your stomach.

Eat your diet on time. Avoid completely out side food. No coffee, no alchohal, no tea. Drink more water in a day. Avoid soft drinks also. And no bakery food. Completely depend on home prepared food with more raw vegetables like ladies finger, beet root, carrot. Add more wheat chapati and egg whites into your diet. Avoid yoke of th egg. During morning drink luke warm water on an empty stomach.

Did you try exercising? see dieting and home remedies will not help you lose weight ion specific areas. That is possible only with exercises. Do squatting everyday to lose thigh fat - start with 20 and progress to 50 to lose arm fat fill two half liter bottles with water. Use them as weights. Holding them in your hand do arm flexion rotation exercises. You may proceed to push ups after three weeks. Take one cup of sesame (til) oil. Mix 1 tsp of rock salt to it. Heat it slightly and apply this oil to your thighs and arms. Massage for five minutes and then have a warm water bath. Do this everyday if possible or thrice a week this will help your tone the muscles and lose excess fat.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi, you have to consume foods that are rich in Iron to recover from anemia. The good sources are skin out chicken, dark green leafy vegetables (especially spinach), legumes (navy beans, rajmah, lima beans), raisins, apricot, dried dates, oats, quinoa, flax seeds. Even red meat has high content of iron but it is not a heart friendly diet. Try to squeeze a lemon on the food before serving as vitamin-c helps in better absorption of iron from vegetarian sources. Make sure that the food is not too hot as heat denatures vitamin-c. Consuming a healthy balanced diet which includes Whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, fruits and vegetables, skimmed milk and milk products, lean meat, eggs, fish will help you to lose weight but mind your portions while eating. Avoid red meat, oily and fat foods, carbonated beverages, smoking and alcohol. Start brisk walking 20-30 minutes initially and extend it to 1-2 km per week depending on your tolerance. You have to take calcium rich foods like milk, paneer, yoghurt, soya bean but not along with iron rich foods as calcium and iron might interrupt each other's absorption. So, make sure that you don't end up eating both calcium and Iron rich foods in the same meal. You can also use calcium/ Iron fortified foods separately.

Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis and sometimes premix insulin aren't sufficient to control diabetes. Consult if you can.

Take green tea. Avoid coffee and tea. Avoid carbonated juices. Take lemon juice with honey. Use curry leaves, cabbage, fennel, carrot, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, cinnamon in your daily life. Take fruits like grapes, peaches, figs, berries, oranges, watermelon. Also, ginger, black pepper, mustard seeds helps to control obesity. Drink water at least 2 to 3 liters per day. Do walking or jogging at least for an hour. Do walking for at least 30 minutes.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.
