I am male 21 year old. I used to be the topper in my school and college but now because of some personal reason I got detained in my engineering. So, I don't have classes for 6 months. And now the problem is I am not able to sleep during night I will be cursing whole night about my education. And I think many things like I should start coding and programming and have to do something and get a good job and in mean time I have gained a lot of weight. I'm 5.5 inch tall and weigh 85 kg and will be thinking about all this and will start searching over internet that how should I reduce weight, learn computer programming and all. And I get sleep at around 4 a.m and will wake up at 12 in the morning. And at 1 pm I will have my food. Watch something on television and will sleep and get up in the evening and will go outside and play cricket and study for half an hour and night I will go outside with my friend and come back home at 10 p.m and will have dinner and will go to bed. But I will not get sleep. I don't do smoking and drinking. And dark circles are forming under my eyes. Though I have veggies and fruits my diet is not that good. Please help me. Thank you.

You can help yourself the best. Please start yoga postures, deep breathing and meditation for about 35 minutes a day. You will start getting tranquillity by nature. Do not take sleeping pills but withania somnifera herb preparations will do wonders for you. For wt shedding also, yoga will help. You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. This rate of weight loss is considered reasonable and healthy. To reduce belly and thighs fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs. I have started morning running+walking from yesterday. And when I go today and started running then I was getting pain in my leg muscles. I was not able to run and only walk slowly and come back. But I want to continue it don? t want stop but also I want to release from this pain every day. Want to tell you that my age is 29, height is 5. 1 and weight is around 50 kg. I am not under weight and not over weight but still I have little fat on my waist. I have little belly fat and having two fat wrinkles on my waist. Also my stomach is not flat, I am having belly fat. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You appear to be a very determined to be bride. Anyway what I understand from your history is that you have 2 issues: one is leg pain and other is belly fat. Your leg pain started because your leg muscles are not used to this kind of load. Normally you should always start with less and increase it gradually over a period of time with regular muscle strengthening. Also you need to do a pre-exercise regime wherein you stretch your muscles and do a light warm up before actually starting to run. Normally it builds up over a period of time, but process has to be a slow and a steady one. Now since you have pain: please start with ice packs, limb elevation, restriction of your physical activity tom as much as possible, gentle otc anti-inflammatory as per your suitability. Your pain should settle in about 5-7 days time. Your weight in any case is not much, so do not worry about burning those extra calories please. Do you lose weight in a steam bath or using some Belts?
The loss of weight through excess sweating as in the steam room or from a belt is not fat. It is 100 % water.
This weight returns immediately when you consume any fluid. Consequently, if you lose say two and a half kilo in a session in the steam or using some sort of. Belt you will replace it with approximately the next one liter of water.

Flat tummy tips 1. Change lifestyle In order to get your body flat life style should be changed. Long term sitting like watching TV, Video gaming should be changed. You should do your work in time intervals instead of working in same position for long intervals. 2. Zero Calories Take the things that are of Zero Calories. Water will be the best choice. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . What you may have is insulin resistance. Eating a low calorie diet may not work for you. You need to eat more fibers, avoid sugary foods and drinks completely and develop a regular exercise plan.
