I have redness on my scalp. From last one year. N have dandruff a lot. and because of it. I had a hairfall. So is their any medicine?

I am 27 year old. I usually get periods only for 2 days every month. But I get them in time. Why it is so can you please suggest.

it seems you r in perfect health. Your periods r regular, normally periods last for 3 to 5 days. If you having bleeding for only two days without any complaints don't worry. But if your weight is on higher side, your gaing weight rapidly. You should do your harmonal check up.

I'm 21 years old male and I have problem of urine smell. After when I masturbate I feel little pain. I drink plenty of water. But my urine smells more and I do not have pain while urinating. I think I may have UTI. Will delay in treatment by year to this lead to severe problems in future? Is this all due to my habit of masturbation in my underwear? Please help me.

Recently I was attacked with viral fever. During the diagnosis I have taken complete blood count test, it found Mon% is 12.7% whereas normal range is 3% to 12% and MCHC also found high 37 g/dL (32-36), HB is 15.8 g/dL What is the problem and what should I do now?

I have diabetes since last 15 years and it is largely controlled but time and again it goes beyond the regulated limits. I am experiencing pain in my feet and maybe because of neuropathy, and there is also a sense of numbness. Lately is is seen that the third toe on my right leg has curved downward. Can you suggest treatment for the above and who should be consulted. Thanks/regards

If your glycated hemoglobin is within fair control, then you need not bother about occasional rises in the sugar levels. Neuropathic pains are treated symptomatically. They are expected to happen after so many years. Do not worry about your toe. I think it is only age-related changes in the joints.

I am 24 year old female. I had protected sex (condom, no breakage or leaking) with my partner on 24 nov 2016 which was 3 days before my period due date. After that on 27 I got my periods which lasted for 7 days. I generally has 33-36 days cycle. Today is 7th jan 2017 and still got no period for this month. I was in medication for pcos till may 2016. If you already got your periods after sex, there is less chance of pregnancy. Since you have been a PCOS patient, your periods could be delayed due to hormonal imbalance.

Hi lybrate-userto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Good evening sir I have lower back pain and pinched nerve in right hip. What I do for it My age: 24 city alwar rajasthan when I cough, bend, stand long time, lift some heavy things my pain starts. Recntly I visited in isic (indian spinal injuries centre) delhi. Doctor said that I have muscle weakness in back because of my gym. Doc said that you only did upper body workout. Thats why its happening. He suggest me some back strenthning excersize and some medicine. I want to ask you he suggested me right thing or not.
