Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hye. When an exercise is done in the right manner and technique, it cannot stunt your height. Growth can be affected only if you do too much too fast. Get into weight training gradually. Injury happening due to wrong guidance or technique can affect growth.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. Hello to maintain a healthy lifestyle you need to adapt to following: 1. Exercise daily for 20-30 mins for 5 days a week at least. 2. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. 3. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. 4. Don't skip breakfast. 5. Take seasonal fruits like watermelon, melon, apple, plum; nuts as snacking options as in mid meals. 6. Include seasonal vegetables like gourds, bhindi, salad vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, kakri, tomato, onion; sprouts, pulses, cow's milk and milk products and cereals like oats, dalia. 7. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. 8. Include fluids like coconut water, lemon water, diluted lassi, green tea. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user sure, firstly you have to make sure you are avoiding junk, oily and processed food. Secondly for weight reduction start alternative fruit fasting. Means you have to eat seasonal fruit everyday, juices and water an no other thing and the other alternative day eat normal food. Try not to eat anything after sunset. If its not possible than dinner should not be later than 8: 00 pm. Start doing surya namsaskar daily and make it your daily habit of doing it, in morning empty stomach. For diabetes start eating fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in mornin. Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed in water in night and eat it in morning after surya namaskar. Eat for 90 days for permanent cure. Avoid sugar, eat khaand, mishri and gurh in place of it. Walk for 1 hour daily.

Hello lybrate user, there can be many reasons to it. E. G. You may be spending a lot of time in travelling to office changing modes of transportation e. G bus, rickshaw, taxi and so on. Secondly it may also be due to mental exertion which people experience in office due to work and spend time overthinking. When you overthink your body uses up glucose and this drains the body of the energy. You may replace it temporarily with some sweets and fast food, but still your mind has got into the habit of overthinking and that will not stop. Hence stop overthinking. Relax. Try not to run your imagination. This will help in long run. Or else consult any psychologist for further help.

Hello, Everyone has his own ability or stamina to exercise. If you are new to this than start with 5-10 only. You can extend to 40- 50 - 70 depending on your fatigue level. Avoid excess carbs and stay away from junk food. Eat healthy, lean sources of protein to gain muscle. Keep yourself hydrated.
