Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I am 16 years old (42 kg). I am suffering from cough and cold for the past 3 days. I have taken P-650 (2 tablets for 2 days) and AzithroRite-500 (3 tablets for 3 days). Still I have not recovered. Onions, tomatoes, bananas, buttermilk, yogurt and cold water from the fridge to stop eating. Have low concentrations of oil in the diet. It will soon cure for colds and cough. Basil, and ginger mixed drink of tea in the morning and evening.

As far as height and weight ratio is concerned I do not find much dispropation. Do not compare with your friends in this matter as this is a genetic matter and ithink you will gain weight in near future provided you take regular exercises and a good diet.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To keep yourself energetic and get stamina.

1. Include milk nd milk products. 2. Do strach exercise alternate day. 3. Include fresh curd. 4. Take paneer for any form. 5. Don't skip your meal.

This is the problem with fungal infection, it wopill keep repeating till you do not take precautions to prevent it. Avoid using soap or any harsh products on the area. Wear confortable cotton underwear. Change underwear twice a day.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
