I am suffering from ringworm for the last 2 months. I have use ointment DERMIKEM OC but it is not cure till now. Pliz advise me for better result.

You can use ointment cloben g twice daily. Keep your infected area clean and dry. Take a shower as soon as you conclude playing a sport or anything else that involves skin-to-skin contact with other people. Use soap, and don’t forget to wash everywhere on your body that came into contact with others, as well as anywhere sweat may have collected, including your feet, groin, and scalp. Don’t share used personal items with others.

I am suffering from fever since the past 5 days. I underwent fever panel test. Nothing out of order is there. I am feeling very weak and the temp remains around 99 degree F. Fever is not going away.

Fever can be caused by almost any bacterial and viral infections. Some common fever-causing infections include sore throats, common cold, ear infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, tuberculosis, sinusitis, bronchitis, gastroenteritis, diarrhea, vomiting, and skin infections. If the fever is mild, general opinion suggests that you just leave it to run its course naturally. The simplest way to cope with the effects of fever would be by increasing your fluid intake and getting adequate rest. Ample rest is necessary when suffering from a fever. Avoid exposure to extremes in temperature, any form of strenuous exercise, mental stress and any type of physical exertion. Boil fresh basil leaves in water. Leave to infuse and strain before drinking once a day. Mix half a teaspoon of pure saffron in boiling water and have a teaspoon of this concoction on the hour while the fever is present. Fenugreek seeds boiled into a tea and strained can help alleviate chest congestion and reduce a fever. Mix half-cup grapefruit juice with half-cup water and drink this often to prevent dehydration and reduce fever symptoms. One tablespoon of honey mixed with ginger juice and lime juice are an effective natural remedy for fever. 1 spoon giloy juice empty stomach is also good for fever.

It is good to have one day rest if you are doing vigorous exercise. Normal regime may be continued 7 days a week.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. You need to add some changes in your diet. crush 10 almonds in a glass of boiling milk and drink it daily. Dark chocolates are good for wieght gain. Bananaa are instant source of energy,take two bananas daily. Sread a tsp of peanut butter on bread and eat it daily.

It is not advisable to increase weight s it leads to obesity and when you are above 30 years of age the weight will anyway increase as seen in most people and if you eat more calories you will gain weight and being obese will cause many diseases

Hello, Please include all forms of protein rich food such as milk, curd, paneer, channa, lobia, rajmah, eggs, fish, chicken etc. Do not have the same food everyday. Bring in variety. Also, eat something healthy every 2-3 hours so that you are creating a slight excess in calories. Please do not opt for any gainers. Please work on it in a natural way. All the best!

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

D cold intake on a daily basis is not suggested. Please take only paracetamol regularly or even better, consult a physician. Regarding tiredness, check your sugar levels - fbs ppbs, hba1c and cbc tests are suggested. Get back to us with the results. For shoulder/neck pain the best solution is exercises. Stick to a healthy diet with lots of fruits vegges and healthy nuts like almonds.
