Start exercising spend some time for your body start your day with two glass of lukewarm honey and lemon water then go for walk and spend 30 mins in that and do stretching for 15 mins then have honey water eat less then your hunger have a reducing chart and follow that to bring your weight to 70s consume salad before every meal

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. (a) Major protein sources: Egg white(white portion), Milk, Soybeans/Soymilk, Fish, Cheese, Tofu. (b) Other protein sources: Beans with wheat, Nuts, Curd, Yogurt (Dahi). 3. Fats: Required and healthy when taken in small amounts. Excess fat leads to weight gain, increase in bad cholesterol (LDL) and heartproblems (a) Major fats sources: Egg yolk (Yellow portion), Avocados, Whole Milk, Butter, Cheese, Nuts. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

our liver is usually very healthy. There is no special effort needed to keep it healthy. But special effort is needed to to see that one does not burden it with toxic and harmful substances, one of which is alcohol. Avoidance of alcohol is the best method to keep liver healthy. Our usual balanced diet does keep it nice and healthy.

I am a total ectomorph type. I love bodybuilding, I've been exercising from 8 years till now I've found difficulties in gaining weight and muscle, I sweat a lot. Sometimes I start from the beginning due to discontinuity of gym. I've tried all kind of diets but due to shortage of money I can't continue with my diet. My weight haven't gone beyond 65 kgs. First you have to make your system clean so that good foods help you and not become a waste. Deworming - 3 tabs of nemocid together + 200 mg metrogyl twice daily after food for 3 days. Eat simple proteins like eggs, milks, curds, pulses, nuts etc. Take natural form of vitamin c like oranges, lemon juice, amla and other fruits, every grain is allowed including rice but wheat is better as it is wholesome. Good fats like nuts and butter, avoid bad fats, take lots of vitamins in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, do exercises like stretching, walking, cycling, depending upon your stamina.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts.
