I have got straightening of lumber spine. What should I keep in mind while doing mild gym-ing.

Take omega 3 fatty acid 2 caps every day and calcium tablet with architol vit d3 injection once a week and take zyroric tab two times a day drinks lot of water. Fresh jiices, fresh food is good for you dnt take maa, rajmaa, mitton, spicy eyc do morning jogging regularly.

Hai, if there is no type of external injury happened to eyes, please try instilling opthacare eye drops of himalaya pharmacy. Avoid exposure to dust and please don't rub your eyes. Give a cold water wash when you come back after outing. Can place cucumber slices over eyes and can give some rest. For knee pain, please make sure that there was no hit or blow happened to knee. Check for any swelling, treatment will be based on that. Thank you.

I am facing a back pain problem. I have used a back pain remover but he didn't work well. Now I do.

I am facing a back pain problem. I have used a back pain remover but he didn't work well. Now I do.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am experiencing a slight pain occasionally on the side of left shoulder, and whenever I lift my left hand straight up I hear a pop sound , and it also hurts whenever I lift my hand sideways. Some friends of mime is referring it as swimmer's shoulder but I need expert advice on this.

If you have swelling, be sure to remove all rings camera. Gif, anklets, or any other jewelry that goes around your leg or ankle. It will be harder to remove your jewelry if swelling increases, which in turn can cause other serious problems, such as nerve compression or restricted blood flow. Use rest, ice, compression, and elevation (RICE) for pain and swelling. Stop, change, or take a break from any activities that cause your symptoms. Avoid "running through the pain, which may increase damage to your foot. Consider changing your exercise routine if you think running or another high-impact sport is causing your foot pain. Switch temporarily to a low-impact exercise activity, such as cross-country skiing, stair-climbing machines, bicycling (regular or stationary), rowing, or swimming. Use sensible sports training techniques, such as wearing the right shoes and stretching before activities. Gently massage your feet to reduce discomfort, relax your feet, and promote circulation. Wear comfortable and supportive shoes and socks. See tips on good footwear to learn how to choose the right shoes for you. Consider using an orthotic shoe device, such as an arch support, to help relieve your foot pain. Try heel-cord exercises to increase your strength and flexibility if your heel or heel cord (Achilles tendon) is tight and painful. This may help relieve your heel pain.

I'm 50 years old and I have severe backbone pain. I'm taking homeopathic medicine. When x-ray was removed, doctor told me that there is hole/empty space in spine. Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day...take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day...And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day...

If its occurring with specific movement then it might be due to facet joint fixation of spine. If the pain increases on rest and your back is stiff when you get up in the morning go to orthopaedic doctor, he will prescribe you few tests to rule out ankylosing Spondylitis. It can also be due to Muscle strain.
