I have a white spot on my hand's figure and below it. please tell me what is this.
Hello. White patches/ dots on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. The white spots and patches can also be because of deficiency of vitamin d (for which 15-20 minutes of exposure to early morning sunlight without sunscreen is needed, 3-4times a week). Or else they could be idiopathic (i. E, without any cause). Vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder which can be treated with homoeopathic medicines, but chances of relapses are also there. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. Meantime, you can start with homoeopathic medicines - cina 1m/ one dose daily at night and ars. Sulph. Flavum. 200/ twice daily for 20 days (it is safe). Apply a good brand's sunscreen with spf 40 on the skin (specially on the white patches/ spots) 20-30 minutes before going out under the sunscreen and reapply it after 3-4 hrs. Again.

I do not smoke or drink or take any sort of tobacco but still my lips are getting black! Any remedies!
Hi, Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. But several factors like the sun’s UV rays, smoking, caffeine and age can affect our lips and darken them. There are several natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. This will remove the darkness and dead skin from your lips and provide your lips a pink colour. Repeat this daily in order to get rid of black lips. 2. Beet Root Juice Apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive Oil Rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips. This will reduce the darkness and moisturise your lips. 4. Lemon Juice We all know that lemon juice is great for hair and even greater for skin. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose Flower Take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally. 6. Honey & Raspberry Take honey, raspberry and lemon juice in equal amount and mix them together. Apply this liquid balm on the lips and leave it. Honey and lemon will naturally remove the darkness from your lips and raspberry will give you the pink colour, you always wanted to have. 7. Brush Your Lips When you are done with your brush in the morning, brush your lips. Do it on a daily basis. This will work as a scrubber and remove the dead skin. Apply a good lip balm afterwards. 8. Coconut Oil & Almond Oil Mix coconut oil & almond oil in equal proportion. Fill it in a container and replace your lip balm with it. Apply regularly to get soft and pink lips.

Hello I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from the body.

I am Salmon age 20 my face is dumped with some scars and small holes. What should I do? For having clean and clear skin.
PORES TREATMENT 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing still wearing makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely look large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water, rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. • Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer( ALOVERA CREAM ( BAKSON) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin.

If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

If you have gone through the information available online you will realise that till date there is no known cure for psoriasis. It is a chronic inflammatory disease which tends to show relapses and remissions. The good thing is now there are several treatment options available. What is best for you can be decided only after evaluating the disease severity. Creams, lotions, tablets, injections, phototherapy and lasers, all can be used to treat the problem and keep it under control. A healthy lifestyle, exercise and good diet and use of moisturisers liberally and frequently can keep things under control but rashes need to be treated with steroid creams, tar preparations etc. So a consult with a dermatologist is essential.

Melacare is a triple combination of hydroquinone tretinoin and steroid. Long term use can lead to varies sideeffects which at times can be irreversible. So stop it asap. I normally recommend a good night cream steroid free and sunscreen along with face cleanser as daily regimen for antiageing.

A diet rich in iron, calcium and silica can help greatly in reducing or preventing hair loss. Iron can be obtained from green leafy vegetables such as spinach and collard greens. Oatmeal and raw oats contain a considerable amount of silica. Potato skin, green and red peppers, cucumbers and bean sprouts are all rich sources of silica too.
