Hi, do regular exercise and streching. For increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before or with meal. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take small and frequent meals.

I am getting fat day by day. Dieting doesn't work. I need to loose weight. Due to fats my belly is bulging out, Please suggest some natural remedy.

your bmi is 19.2 which comes under good weight. But as you want to loose fat around your waist then after dinner take routine walk for about 10-20 minutes. And also eat your dinner 2 hours early before going to bed. Hope you get desirable results.

I have a pain just behind my left knee, I can't sit, it's a vein pain I think. Tried a couple of doctors but the pain is still there.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, my son aging 10 years is having nose bleeding frequently, I contacted ent doctor he suggested several blood test. All his blood report appeared normal then doctor prescribed medicine & nasal drops which my son is following from 7 days but then too nose bleeding is occurring. Sir I am very worried, should I contact any neuro physician. Please suggest me.

Don't take so much pressure it can harm you mentally and physically. Make your routine as normal as you handle it. Study max hours but not energetically is not good so keep rest time between study time. In rest time you can do your favroute activities or you can do some relaxation exercise to keep fresh and relax your mind. Be positive and stay healthy.

For weight loss you may follow these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals instead of 2-3 large ones 2. Exercise daily for an hr 3. Take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of taking a transport 4. Drink 3 litres water daily 5. Include enough fibre in diet in form of whole fruits, salads, vegetables, stews, whole legumes (sprouts, rajma, soyabean), nuts, oilseeds, whole grains (millets, atta, brown rice, dalia, suji, oats, atta bread). 6. Have low fat dairy products 7. Meat like fish, chicken & egg are advisable. 8. Avoid junk/ processed/ canned/ fried/ sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 9. Avoid eating out frequently.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

I am suffering from back pain from last 6 years . I took medicine for that 3 years ago but I stopped it after one month. From then I am not taking any medicines. I feel pain above both hips but not in centre. I am doing भुजंगासन for that. It only relax for some time. Kindly suggest some treatment.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. I have black spots and pimple on my face nd on my back how can I reduce it and remove it.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
