Digestive problems are due to imbalance diet, sedentary lifestyle, hormonal imbalance and stress and anxiety. So, you should eat proper diet without skip meal. Take nutritional diet . if you have constipation then follow fibres diet daily. Avoid fatty, spicy, oily and outdoor items in food. Avoid drink water during meal. Do exercise regularly. Must walk after eat meal. Avoid taking stress. will keep away from all digestive problems if you maintain proper schedule for eating, Drinking and exercises regularly and time to time. But you have any medical condition then take medicine too. You should take proper balance diet.

Do not take medicine of ayurvedic and homoepathic together. Home Remedies of Acidity: Avoid all types of fast food, non-vegetarian food and oily/spicy food. Take as much fruit as possible. This will help to increase alkaline in the body, neutralizing the acidity affects. Banana, Water Melon and cucumber are few recommended fruits which are proved helpful in acidity. Drink sufficient water (At least 3 ltr). Take water more frequently. Almond helps in quick control over heart burn. Whenever you feel like heart burn, take few pieces of Almonds. Jaggery (gur) is a proven home remedy for acidity. Put one piece in mouth and suck it slowly. Green coconut water is very helpful in acidity. Sleep sufficient. Do not work till late night. Fresh mint juice helps in reducing the side effects of acidity. You can have a glass of mint juice after food for a fast relief. Take a small piece of raw garlic; this is a very good digestive element. But don’t take overdose, or else it will have negative effect on acidity.

Hello Lybrate User, Indigestion has many causes, including ulcers, GERD, stomach infections, Irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pancreatitis, thyroid disease, some medications, such as, Aspirin and other painkillers, steroid medications, certain antibiotics. It also happens due to eating habits like, Eating too much, eating too fast, eating high-fat foods, or eating during stressful situations, drinking too much alcohol, cigarette smoking, stress and fatigue are also the reasons behind indigestion. The best way to prevent indigestion is to avoid the foods and situations that seem to cause it. Here are few tips that will help you to get rid from indigestion - * Eat small meals so the stomach does not have to work as hard or as long. * Eat slowly. * Avoid foods that contain high amounts of acids, such as citrus fruits and tomatoes. * Reduce or avoid foods and beverages that contain caffeine. * If stress is a trigger for your indigestion, learn new methods for managing stress, such as relaxation. * If you smoke, consider quitting, or at least not smoking right before or after eating, as smoking can irritate the stomach lining. * Cut back on alcohol consumption, because alcohol can irritate the stomach lining. I am 36 yrs, male. I am teacher by profession and suffers from lot of gas in stomach. Which leads to stool. What shall I do.

It is related to heartburn and gas formation in stomach. In acidity, acid reflux or gastro esophageal reflux disease (gerd). Or there is a movement of gastric juices ( acid in nature) from the stomach into the lower part of esophagus.

I am 70yr old. Had a sigmoid colectomy. Then after a year recurrence of colorectal metastes appeared in pet scan. Biopsies are not clarifying the malignancy. 6 chemo and 20 radiotherapy done. But there is no change. Can the bio eletrotherapy help to dilute the metastes. Can I get rid of the stoma pouch? kindly help me. Am alone with sheer noney.

Hi, dear, thanks for the query to lybrate. You have no-chances of closure of stoma-as you have extensive rectal primary cancer growth. Mets could be controlled with meager money also. Please consult with more details.

The pain in my back and side was so bad that I scheduled a doctor's appt. After speaking with a nurse and determining it may be gas, I cancelled apt and purchased GAS-X. The gas moved around and that is it! The pain is amazing. GAS-X provided NO relief as of yet. What should i do now?

ultrasound must to see stone. gastric problem also a reason but only in back and side so not proper gastric problem. do hot fomentations and rest avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment. if stone is there then tk treatment to remove stone

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval. Take 10 -12 glass of water. Don't take milk but you can take milk products like curd buttermilk. Don't drink water immediately after meal.

Avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and can take tablet pan-d before breakfast.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Take natural 2-tab. Charcol at night before bed. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night.This can help cure in constipation. take green veg., salaad in meal.grapes at night,one apple daily in morning. Banana in morning, juice,whole grain ,oats,more fiber meal,digestive foods, plenty of water during day and 1 glass of water before meal, avoid bad habits...stress ,alcohol, smoking, non-veg.,avoid fatty meal,oily foods. To confirm cause of constipation you may go for tests stool r/m, stool c/s,lft,blood sugar,cbc,usg whole abdomen ,x ray barium meal for examination for rectum,sigmoid, best tests is endoscopy for large intestine .
