Doctor bhi aapko suggest karte hai ki medication bhi aapko tab work karegi jab aap proper diet loge. To humare paas diabetic patient aate hai hum unko recommend kar rahe hai aapko high fibre lene chahiye plus carbohydrate par thoda restrict karna chaye and definitely aapko at the small intervals include your food timings.

Wo in terms of fruits hone chahiye, wo salad hone chahiye, wo lassi honi chahiye proper roti sabzi ya bread wagarah ho and bread jo bhi aapko use karni hai wo brown bread ya whole wheat bread ya multigrain bread use karni hai and dinner pe jo bhi aap khate ho avoid ki waha pe aapko calories ki amount jitna bhi cut off kar sakte ho, jahan pe aap three chapatti le rahe ho waha aap two chapatti par aa jao and gradually usko aap one chapatti pe kar sakte ho that is really nice so that jitna aap ke carbohydrate kam ho jayege utna apko sugar ke control kam karne madad karege.

Sometimes I feel so intensely hungry. Also starts sweating a lot at the same time. And feel totally exhausted. Hello Dr, my age is 24, female, I have done crash diet for 6 months, I used to not eat much though I was hungry, later on I started eating normally but my digestive system got so much upset I used to get bloated a lot, excess belching and headaches due to that, then later after using some home remedies like fennel seeds after every meal for few months helped me, but now I'm facing the same issues though I'm eating normally now, sometimes even a few min delay in food when in hungry causes me bloated and headache, sometimes I get bloated after I eat, this is happening almost daily to me since may be 45 days, kindly help me what should I do now? I've used gelusil few days nearly 5 days but when I stopped using it, the same problem continued. This problem is effecting my studies and social life kindly help me.
