What are symptoms of swine flu? What are some precautions to be taken for being safe?

What are symptoms of swine flu? What are some precautions to be taken for being safe?
Hello, swine influenza is an infection caused by any one of several types of swine influenza viruses. Swine influenza virus is common throughout pig populations worldwide. Transmission of the virus from pigs to humans is not common and does not always lead to human flu, often resulting only in the production of antibodies in the blood. People with regular exposure to pigs are at increased risk of swine flu infection. Prevention: influenza spreads between humans when infected people cough or sneeze, then other people breathe in the virus or touch something with the virus on it and then touch their own face" avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way. Swine flu cannot be spread by pork products, since the virus is not transmitted through food. The swine flu in humans is most contagious during the first five days of the illness, although some people, most commonly children, can remain contagious for up to ten days. Recommendations to prevent spread of the virus among humans include using standard infection control, which includes frequent washing of hands with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand sanitizers, especially after being out in public. Chance of transmission is also reduced by disinfecting household surfaces, which can be done effectively with a diluted chlorine bleach solution. Also, avoiding touching one's eyes, nose or mouth with one's hands helps to prevent the flu. Anyone with flu-like symptoms, such as a sudden fever, cough or muscle aches, should stay away from work or public transportation, and should contact a doctor for advice. Staying away from other people who might be infected, and can include avoiding large gatherings, spreading out a little at work, or perhaps staying home. In humans, the symptoms of" swine flu" h1n1 virus are similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general. Symptoms include fever; cough, sore throat, watery eyes, body aches, shortness of breath, headache, weight loss, chills, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, dizziness, abdominal pain, lack of appetite and fatigue. Some patients may also get a rash, body aches, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The incubation period (i. E. The period between exposure to an infection and the appearance of the first symptoms) from exposure to first symptoms is about one to four days, with an average of two days. The symptoms last about one to two weeks and can last longer if the person has a severe infection.

What is the symptoms of chicken pox and which medicine is Best for this and tell me some other stuff.
Chicken pox starts with mild fever and some rashes specially on the upper trunk, face with in 2-3 days which may slowly mature in to pustular eruptions and slowly after maturing they may shed off with 15 -20/days of appearance. It is a very infectious disease. Vaccination is not the guarantee that it will not recur. Homeopathy is the safest option as curative and preventive. You may contact me for the preventive medicines for the same.

Masturbation is harmless It will never cause any ill effects No organ is damaged. It is a superstition more prevalent in the North. Semen is only secretions from seminal vesicle, prostate, Vas deferens, and sperm from testis. Nothing more. Just like secretions from nose during a cold as far as our body is concerned. No vitality is lost during ejaculation as we popularly believe. Masturbation is perfectly normal sexual outlet. No need to be felt guilty about it.

Hi, Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. For dark circles: Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me there after.

Hi, Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. Management: Here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: Keep your bedroom cool and dark Put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime Stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends Stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals Skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: Take Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

Cerebral palsy is a non progressive disease which causes motor delays along with other symptoms which like low iq, disorder with sensory system etc. Till now there is no cure for the disease but with physiotherapy and occupational therapy a child can learn normal movement patterns which his brain might not know on its own and be able to perform it with practice. Its a gradual process and therapy would continue for a long time. Please start with the therapy as soon as possible.

Hye. You need to eat smaller more frequent meals. Let eating be a pure activity. Avoid late nights and very late dinners. Avoid strong flavours and odours in food. Avoid excessive tea and coffee. Have a teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds powder before meals. Exercise daily to improve appetite.
