I am 20 years old boy. But I look like a 16 year boy. I mean I am very thin, my height is 172 cm but I am only 49 kg in weight. Actually sir I want to make my career in defence so sir please suggest me healthy tips/medicine so that I came out from this depression and become physically and medically fit for defence services.

If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1.Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2.Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3.Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. There are almost 36 kinds of cheese, in india we are usually aware of paneer, and cheese slices we eat in sandwiches, but whichever cheese you eat they are rich in proteins. If you want to save yourself from alcohol effects on liver start eating: garlic grapefruit beetroot lemon green tea turmeric apple walnuts broccoli I would suggest you are young stop drinking alcohol. If you start eating 1 gram lime stone (choona) everyday your inner body parts which are damaged by alcohol will start healing.

Hi lybrate-user your worry is understandable. But as it takes time to lose wt same happens with gaining too. Your metabolic rate will be quite high so you are burning more calories. So do let me know have you checked your thyroid and sugar levels in last 6 months I can only help right now is by saying we can increase protein intake along with good workout. Start taking a fruit milk shake with nuts in morning and then have breakfast. For a detailed plan I need to know about your food and lifestyle so please message me on private.

1st you should start to take healthy diet and light walk which will increase your metabolism and will increase your appetite. You can use small diet in small frequent interval. You should take whole egg. Full cream milk. Any fruit shake with milk and sugar. Stuffed parantha with butter. Vegetable with dry fruits.

You can go join a gym and learn the exercises which all help you to built your muscle tone .if possible try to get advice from a personal trainer in gym. You should concentrate more on strengthening exercises. And take more protein containing diets. To improve the biceps you have to do dumb bells using the weight starting with 1 kg until 5-7 kilos which will help you to have good biceps bulk.

For weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Follow up after 1week we will start medicines and ur diet chart.

The cause of shaking or vibrating of hands are * muscular weakness in hands * improper neurological functions of hand nerves * restlessness of body * deficiency of nutrition in body. To get relief from shaking of hands * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 3 - 4 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. Practice sarwangasan and sit with the gyan mudra in hands. These asans & mudra calm down your brain & relieve from nervousness & restlessness. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. * take 2 teaspoon of ashvagandharistha added in a glass of water once a day.
