For weight gain you have to follow a good diet. You should take good protein diet after workout& alsoyou should take a balanced diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. This diet will help you a healthy gain 2-3 kg in month. You should take a healthy meal in every 3 hours. Don't drink water or any liquid before or while eating. You have to include these foods-dairy products, soya, sprouts, egg, potato, rice etc.

Hi Aarti.. for your knowledge paracetamol will never cure fever... it will just bring the temperature down for few hours... and my advise is not to take any medicine without consulting a doctor... As for example paracetamol causes damage to liver... So better consult and take proper treatment.

Get your eyes checked for any vision defect if found use correction glasses which will stop your haeache, if you have allergic cold the headache could be due to sinusitis which needs to be treated by ent surgeon. If you are having pain in the stomach and burning sensation then the cause could be due to hyperacidity, take plenty of water like 2.5 - 3 litres of water in the day avoid tea/ coffee, spices, chillies, junk food etc. Go for morning walk, if you have constipated then take apropriate medicine which will relieve headach. If you are stressed out due to job or due to domestic environment get your blood pressure checked, if it is abnormal you need to get treated for stopping the headache and chakkar.
