I have a migraine problem in right brain. Please tell me ayurvedic remedies. I am not sure that it's a migraine problem. May be it some type of symptom also of that. It pained at noon time. It is from 4 years.

Some handy tips for prevention of swine flu.

1. Have five duly washed leaves of tulsi (known as basil in english) everyday in the morning. Tulsi has a large number of therapeutic properties.
2. Those who can take garlic, must have two pods of raw garlic first thing in the morning. To be swallowed daily with lukewarm water. Garlic too strengthens immunity like the earlier measures mentioned.
3. Those not allergic to milk, must take a glass of hot or lukewarm milk every night with a small measure of haldi (turmeric).
4. Aloe vera (kuwarpatha) too is a commonly available plant. Its thick and long, cactus-like leaves have an odourless gel. A teaspoon gel taken with water daily can work wonders for not only your skin and joint pains, but also boost immunity
5. Take homeopathic medicine -inflenzium 200
6. Do pranayam daily (preferably under guidance if you are already not initiated into it) and go for morning jog/walk regularly to keep your throat and lungs in good condition and body in fine fettle. Even in small measures, it will work wonders for your body's resistance against all such diseases which attack the nose, throat and lungs, besides keeping you fit.
7. Have citrus fruits, particularly vitamin c rich amla (indian gooseberry) juice. Since fresh amla is not yet available in the market (not for another three to four months), it is not a bad idea to buy packaged amla juice which is commonly available nowadays.
8. Last but not the least, wash your hands frequently every day with soap and warm water for 15-20 seconds; especially before meals, or each time after touching a surface that you suspect could be contaminated with flu virus such as a door handle or a knob/handle, especially if you have returned from a public place or used public transport. Alcohol-based hand cleaners should by kept handy at all times and used until you can get soap and warm water.

Telmikind H can be used after clinical examination and we should plan for investigation for confirmation of the cause for high Bp.

एलर्जी एक ऐसी समस्या है जो कभी भी किसी को भी हो सकती है. लेकिन इसके साथ मजेदार बात ये है कि आज आपको जिस चीज से एलर्जी नहीं है जरुरी नहीं की कल भी हो. इसे इस तरह से भी कह सकते हैं कि एलर्जी किसी भी तरह से हो सकती है. इसके सामान्य लक्षण हैं - बहती हुई नाक, गले में खराश, कफ, आंखों में खुजली और स्किन रैशेज. जो लोग मौसम के अनुसार एलर्जी से परेशान रहते हैं वो अपना बचाव ये समस्या शुरू होने से पहले कर सकते हैं. आइए एलर्जी से निपटने के लिए कुछ घरेलु उपचार जानें.
भाप से फायदा
भाप एलर्जी के कई लक्षणों से राहत दिलाने में मदद करता है. ये इरिटेटेड साइनस से राहत दिलाता है साथ ही नाक की नली से भी बलगम और अन्य इरिटैंट को भी साफ़ करता है. इसके लिए पानी को भाप निकलने तक उबालें. अब इस पानी को किसी बड़े बर्तन में कर लें. फिर उसमें तीन से चार बूँद नीलगिरी तेल, पेपरमिंट तेल, रोज़मेरी या टी ट्री तेल की डालें. अब अपने सिर पर तौलिये को रखें और बर्तन के पास ध्यान से झुक जाएँ. फिर दस मिनट तक गर्म पानी से भाप लें.
नींबू
नींबू एक प्राकृतिक एंटीहिस्टामिन है और विटामिन सी का एक एक अच्छा स्त्रोत भी है. इसमें एंटीऑक्सीडेंट के गुण भी होते हैं. ये एन्टिटॉक्सिन की तरह भी काम करता है. नींबू एलर्जी की समस्या के लिए बेहद फायदेमंद है. मौसम के अनुसार एलर्जी शुरू होने से पहले रोज़ाना सुबह रोज़ एक कप पानी में ताज़ा नींबू का जूस निचोड़कर पीना शुरू कर दें. जब तक एलर्जी सीजन चला नहीं जाता तब तक रोज़ाना इस मिश्रण को पीते रहें.
नमक का पानी
रोज़ाना नाक को सलाइन से साफ़ करने से राइनाइटिस एलर्जी के लक्षणों को सुधारने में मदद मिलती है. सबसे पहले एक चम्मच बिना आयोडीन युक्त नमक लें और चुटकीभर बेकिंग सोडा लें और फिर इन्हे एक चौथाई गर्म पानी में मिला दें. फिर मिश्रण को ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें. अब सिंक की तरफ झुके और अपनी एक नाम में इस मिश्रण की दस बूँदें डालें. फिर इस मिश्रण को या तो नाक से निकाल लें या मुँह से निकालें.
गर्म पानी
एलर्जी के स्त्रोत से छुटकारा पाने के लिए गर्म पानी से नहाएं और बाहर से आने के बाद अपने बालों को अच्छे से धो लें. इसके साथ ही गर्म पानी से नहाने से आपको साइनस को खोलने में भी मदद मिलती है जिससे आप आसानी से सांस ले पाते हैं. गर्म पानी आपको राहत देता है और सोने में भी मदद करता है. तो ये है ड्रग फ्री तरीके जो आपकी एलर्जी का इलाज करने में मदद करेंगे. हालाँकि अगर लक्षण ज़्यादा बढ़ने लगे तो अपने डॉक्टर को ज़रूर दिखाएं.
बिच्छू बूटी
बिच्छू बूटी मौसम के अनुसार होने वाली क्रोनिक एलर्जी के लिए बेहद प्रभावी है. प्राकृतिक एंटी हिस्टामिन होने की वजह से बिच्छू बूटी शरीर के हिस्टामिन के उत्पादन को बंद कर देती है और फिर आखिर में कई एलर्जी के लक्षणों से आराम दिलाने में मदद करती है. सबसे पहले एक कप पानी में एक चम्मच सूखे बिच्छू बूटी की पत्तियों को डाल दें. पांच मिनट तक इस मिश्रण को उबलने के लिए रख दें. फिर इस मिश्रण को छान लें और अब इसमें थोड़ा शहद मिलाकर पी जाएँ. इस चाय को पूरे दिन में दो या तीन बार ज़रूर पियें.
पेपरमिंट
पेपरमिंट में सूजनरोधी, एंटीऑक्सीडेंट और एंटीबैक्टेरियल गुण होते हैं जो एलर्जी रिएक्शन को कम करते हैं. पेपरमिंट चाय बनाने के लिए, सबसे पहले एक चम्मच सूखे पेपरमिंट की पत्तियों को एक कप पानी में पांच के लिए उबालने को रख दें. फिर इस मिश्रण को छान लें और ठंडा होने के लिए रख दें. अब इसे पीने से पहले इसमें एक चम्मच शहद भी मिला लें. जब तक आपको लक्षणों से निजात नहीं मिल जाता तब तक पूरे दिन में दो या तीन बार पेपरमिंट चाय का मज़ा लें.
शहद
ज़्यादातर लोगों ने ये कहा है कि लोकल शहद खाने से उन्हें एलर्जी सीजन के लक्षणों से राहत मिलती है. मधुमक्खियों द्वारा बनने वाला लोकल हनी एलर्जी को दूर करने में मदद करता है. एलर्जी सीजन के लक्षणों से राहत पाने के लिए पूरे दिन में तीन या चार बार एक या इससे ज़्यादा चम्मच शहद ज़रूर खाएं. अच्छा परिणाम पाने के लिए एलर्जी सीजन शुरू होने से एक महीना पहला आप ये लोकल शहद खाना शुरू कर दें.
सेब का सिरका
सेब का सिरका एलर्जी के लिए बहुत ही पुराना उपाय है. इसके एंटीबायोटिक और एंटीहिस्टामिन गुण एलर्जी रिएक्शन का इलाज करने में मदद करते हैं. ये एलर्जी के कारणों का इलाज करता है और जल्दी जल्दी आने वाली छीकों, बंद नाक, खुजली, सिर दर्द और कफ के लक्षणों को भी ठीक करता है. एक चम्मच सेब के सिरके को एक ग्लास पानी में मिलाएं. फिर इसमें एक चम्मच ताज़ा नींबू का जूस और एक या आधा चम्मच शहद मिलाकर पी जाएँ.
हल्दी
हल्दी में करक्यूमिन होता है जो डीकन्जेस्टैंट की तरह काम करता है एलर्जी के लक्षणों को दूर करने में मदद करता है. इसके साथ ही हल्दी में प्रभावी एंटीऑक्सीडेंट और सूजनरोधी गुण होते हैं जो इसका इलाज जड़ से करते हैं. एक साफ़ कांच के जार में छः चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर और शहद डालें. अच्छे से इस मिश्रण को फिर चला लें. एलर्जी सीजन के दौरान पूरे दिन में दो बार इस मिश्रण को एक एक चम्मच ज़रूर खाएं.
लहसुन
लहसुन में प्राकृतिक एंटीबायोटिक होते हैं जो एलर्जी के लिए काफी प्रभावी है. लहसुन के एंटीवाइरल और प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने वाले गुण डॉक्टर से आपको दूर रखते हैं. एक या दो हफ्ते के लिए रोज़ाना दो या तीन लहसुन की फांकें खाएं. अगर आपको लहसुन की गंध अच्छी नहीं लगती तो आप डॉक्टर से पूछने के बाद लहसुन के सप्लीमेंट्स को ले सकते हैं.

We forget or are even unable to find enough time for a good rest in the form of sleep. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help realxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

Sir 15 year earlier my mom's both feets were broken but at that time doctor jst apply plaster on it without any operation and now it create a lot of problem to my mom. Her feet are swelled and pain a lot that she can can't walk long distance. Can you tell what can I do?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do ask for detailed treatment plan. Yo do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. You must have x rays of your feet done. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It will be better if you visit me in my clinic.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take (If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 7-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician/me for further management.

How To Increase Stamina Naturally? Take it Slow: The first and most important thing you have to keep in mind while trying to increase physical stamina is to take it slow. Eat Healthy: Our body reflects what we eat. Have Some Carbohydrates and Proteins. Workout Regularly: Take Proper Rest and sleep well. Be Optimistic: Drink at least 3 litres water per day. Do Yoga and meditation.
