Hello! take small n frequent healthy meal. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Cinnamon tea might help you for your period.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Avoid stress and too much physical exertion. 5. Take a nutritious diet with more protein items in homemade food like soya, sprouts, dals, paneer, milk, seasonal fruits. 6. Do light physical activity, meditation and yoga. 7. Take one good multivitamin tablet after food for 7 days.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello Lybrate user, High cholesterol increases your risk of heart disease and heart attacks. 1. Eat heart-healthy foods. Choose leaner cuts of meat, low-fat dairy and monounsaturated fats — found in olive and canola oils — for healthier options. Avoid trans fats found in fried foods and chips, etc. 2. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Have fish (salmon) walnuts, almonds and ground flaxseeds. 3. You can add soluble fiber to your diet by eating oats and oat bran, fruits, beans, lentils, and vegetables. 4. Moderate physical activity can help raise high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, the "good" cholesterol. 5. If you smoke, stop. Quitting might improve your HDL cholesterol level.

It could be for heredity or for health problems or for food habit. You change your food habit if no other problems. Increase eating frequently. Do not skip meals. Take nuts, seeds. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Eat more protein foods. Use healthy fats in cooking extra. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Instead of going for steroids which is not advisable, you can have some Unani neutraceuticals which may help you to make your body healthy. Administration of steroid will create other problems thats why I will not advise you for steroid therapy. Natural body building products may be used for increasing your weight.

you should take carbohydrate,protein,sugar and fat content regularly.take 2 bananas with the milk in the early morning and eat rice in breakfast take atleast 4-5 chapatis in afternoon.drink plenty of fluids regularly.avoid drink water before meal.should eat some fruits and snacks in evening time.take proper dinner.eat well and do exercise regularly.massage on body with the help of almond and olive oil.

If you are not hypertensive and diabetic than you can take some energy drinks like roohafza sharbat, amla, aloe vira juices. Take multicolored salad like tomatoes, carrot, green broadly, green chilli etc. Take some dry fruits. Do some yoga exercise. Do some meditation.

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

the results of meniscal repair depends on the site of the meniscal injury. Only peripheral tear have better outcomes. there is always a risk of failure of repair because the meniscus is not well vascularised (doesnt have much blood supply except in the periphery). if you still have pain then you may require a repeat MRI to see if the tear has recurred. speak to your surgeon

Eat a balanced diet which contains whole cereals, pulses, dal, all seasonal fruits, salads and vegetables, milk and milk products. Keep away from sweets, junk food, oily food as much as possible.
Exercise daily. For children outdoor play daily is exercise.
Get your child's weight and height checked periodically by your pediatrician. This will help to detect deviation from growth early.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... For height gain: Try jumping n running early morning. Practice yoga daily..talasana,trikonasana, hastpadasna,charkrasana ,suryanamaskar daily 10 min per asana. Eat proteinious diet in breakfast lyk sprouts, boiled egg.... Have 1 ltr of milk daily.... Take ashwgandha tablet 1 tab twice daily after meals with milk....
