Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Hye, thanks for the query. The extra layer of fatty tissue on our face is most often caused by excess fats or for a few, it can be genetic. While there are surgical procedures that can eliminate a fatty face, there are also many simple home treatment options to get rid of a fatty cheeks and double chin appearance. Firstly manage proper diet and exercise. To get rid of facial fats, it is essential to keep your facial muscles toned and give the muscles in your jaw line a workout. One of the best ways to do that is to chew sugarless gum. Sugar free chewing gum can even help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. You can also chew on raw vegetables like carrots. Massage with cocoa butter or coconut oil or ghee or wheat germ oil or glycerin regularly, it will improve the elasticity of your skin and help get rid of your facial fat. Try some facial exercises chin exercises can help stretch and tone your face, neck, and jaw muscles, thereby helping you get rid of your facial fat. They will also strengthen your chin and neck muscles and relieve stiffness. While keeping your spine erect, slowly tilt your head back until you are looking at the ceiling and then pucker up your lips in a pout. Hold this position for five counts and then release. Repeat 5 to 10 times in a row. Do this daily at least for a few weeks. Another exercise involves gently turning your head clockwise and then anticlockwise, keeping your spine straight all the while. Do 5 to 10 repetitions of this exercise, about three times a day for several weeks. You can do these exercises while sitting or standing but make sure to keep your spine erect.

What is the prevalence of obesity?
Obesity is rapidly becoming a common problem. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there were about 1.6 billion overweight adults aged 15 years and above and at least 400 million adults are obese worldwide. It is a serious public health problem that is growing in countries with low or middle income. According to IOTF (International Obesity Task Force), it was estimated that the prevalence rate of obesity could reach 45% to 50% in the USA, 30% to 40% in Australia, England and Mauritius and more than 20% in Brazil by 2025. Of note, many developing countries like India, face the double burden paradox of obesity and under nutrition. What is Obesity?

Obesity is basically the mother of most chronic diseases. It is measured as excess weight as compared to height of individual and usually measured in terms of BMI (Body Mass Index). Obesity is defined as BMI more than 30 as per western population is concerned and more than 28 as per Asian population is concerned. However even a BMI of more than 23 for Asian population and more than 25 for western population is considered as abnormal and defined as overweight which is considered as a harmful state. Other methods to measure obesity is waist circumference and waist to height ratio. Waist circumference of more than 80 in women and more than 90 in men is consider abnormal irrespective of BMI.

What if I am obese?
Obesity is not a single disorder but is a starting point of various disorders. In the long run it can lead to increase chances of Diabetes, hypertension, PCOS in women, infertility issues in women, heart disease, sleep difficulty. It also causes osteoarthritis especially of knee joint, breathing difficulty and many other diseases with increased chances of certain cancers in the long run. Overall being obese can be a costly affair.

hello u are having ideal weight, dont worry rather try to maintain the same as its easy to gain than to loose. u focus on exercise and healthy balanced diet. drink plenty of water include foods like green tea, lemon water, salad veggies like onion, cucumbers, cabbage, tomato, fruits like watermelon, apple, oranges etc avoid carbonated drinks. thank u

Hello To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Tk green tea n salad in diet. Avoid oily n spicy n fat rich food. Regular excersise is necessary. You can try yoga n indoor excersise. You can try medicine like phytolacca berry in homoeopathy n some constitutional medicine. Take liquid more n light diet.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. 4 winning ways to strengthen lower abdominal muscles and prevent back pain

Abdominal muscles play a very important role in supporting our spine from front. There is a muscle called transverse abdominal muscle which is different from the six pack muscles. This lower abdominal muscle can be strengthened in simple ways.

1. Active sitting
When watching tv or waiting for appointments, at bus stops, train station etc do these simple exercises. Sit up straight. Now draw your belly button in towards your chest but do not hold your breath. Count till five and relax. Repeat this 10 to 15 times.

2. Static abdominal exercise
When laying down flat draw your tummy muscles in and feel the arch in your back flatten. Do not hold breath. Just count till five and relax. Repeat 10-15 times.

3. Cycle in air
When laying down flat (on bed or yoga mat) lift both your legs up in air (your legs should be at 90 degrees. Now try to cycle in air for 10 rounds. Relax and repeat 5 times.

4. Cat and camel pose
Get on your hands and knees. Draw in your tummy muscles and hunch your back without holding your breath. (camel pose) hold five seconds.
Relax and get a curve in low back (cat pose). Wait for five seconds. Repeat this cat and camel pose 10-15 times.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Take high protein nd high calorie diet. Take milk nd milk products, paneer, soya milk, tofu, milk shake, milk with dates, milk with jaggery, whole pulses, egg white, lean meat, whey protein.

Do not take water during meals time if fill spacy take little sip not more than 1/2glass of water after one hour you take 2 or 3 glass of water.
