Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Misophonia, also known as selective sound sensitivity syndrome, starts with a trigger. It’s often an oral sound -- the noise someone makes when they eat, breathe, chew, yawn, or whistle. Sometimes a small repetitive motion is the cause -- someone fidgets, jostles you, or wiggles their foot. If you have a mild reaction, you might feel: • Anxious • Uncomfortable • The urge to flee • Disgust If your response is more severe, the sound in question might cause: • Rage • Anger • Hatred • Panic • Fear • Emotional distress • A desire to kill or stop whatever is making the noise • Skin crawling • Suicidal thoughts The disease can put a cramp in your social life. You might avoid restaurants or eat separately from your spouse, family, or roommates. Or worse, you could act on what you feel. You might attack the person who’s making the sound -- physical or verbally -- cry, or run away from the situation. Over time, you may respond to visual triggers, too. Seeing someone get ready to eat or put something in their mouth might set you off. How Do You Get It? This lifelong condition usually starts between the ages of 9 and 13 and is more common with girls. It comes on quickly, but isn’t related to any one event. Doctors aren’t sure what causes misophonia, but it’s not a problem with your ears. They think it’s part mental, part physical. It could be related to how sound affects your brain and triggers automatic responses in your body. The condition does affect daily life, but you can learn to manage it. The treatment offered is sound therapy combined with psychological counseling. The doctor sets up background noises to counteract your trigger sound. You might try a device like a hearing aid that creates a sound in your ear similar to a waterfall. The noise distracts you from triggers and reduces reactions. Other treatments include talk therapy and antidepressants. Your lifestyle also plays a role. Get regular exercise, plenty of sleep, and manage your stress. You can also wear ear plugs and headsets to tune out sounds. Set up quiet areas or safe spots in your home where no one will make the noises that bother you. Your sensitivity could also mean that your tolerance to irritating sounds will be low because you may have a constant level of fear about something that is even not even related. In counseling you could seek help in dealing with that fear and there may be considerable improvement. You are reacting with anger without realizing that it is the fear that has to be dealt with. You will need to visit an ENT specialist who will conduct tests to determine the nature of misophonia and propose some treatments including medication. To some extent why you can tolerate your own sounds is akin to the fact that when we use the toilet we have no issues with the bad odor of our defecation but if we were to smell another’s feces, we can become quite repulsed by it: so the intolerance to other’s sounds is more pronounced.

Doctor, I do not sit under AC, occasionally when I have to be in a common place where AC is there, can not stand for few minutes. What is the reason behind it n how can I get used to it coz cabs, n for other official purposes I am forced to be under AC, regarding stools it is fine but I have difficulty in passing. People have different tendencies to get adjusted to temperature differences. Some like cool environment and some like hot. You, are a chilly person who cannot withstand sitting in or under AC. If possible, ask the authorised person to increase the temperature or wear warmer clothes if you know you are going to be under AC for longer period of time.

1.Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2.Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Wheat Germ oil to massage your head at night. You can also put some fenugreek powder in the oil, heat the oil a bit and apply it on scalp for hairfall, whitening and dandruff. 3.Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4.Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5.Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Masturbating has no adverse effects on body. It's a natural replacement of actual sex. More than 70 % unmarried males masturbate regularly. The only concern which can result from it is premature ejaculation .You should have treatment for that if you have it. As far as sperm count is concerned, get a semen analysis done and if reports are abnormal, only then you need to be treated for it. All the best.

Breast pain is a common problem if it occurs before periods, but your uterus is removed so keep watch that it occurs for few days in a month. If so it happens due to hormonal changes, however if the pain stays all through the month or if you can feel some lump/swelling then you may need to do ultrasound examination of breasts. For pain you can take paracetamol tablets, also wearing a well fitting cotton bra may help.

1. Watermelon and mint water

Watermelon is a great detoxifying agent, it contains an amino acid called citrulline which helps rid the body of the toxin ammonia. To reduce fat it's very important to eat small & frequent meals. Keep proper check on your food intake. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.

hi first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late nght sleep take following remedies 1.shankha vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.
