hello sir, have small and frequent meals. take high protein and high calorie diet. take milk and milk products .take milk with dates, milk with jaggery, paneer, tofu,sprouts, soy milk, whole pulses,.don't skip your meals and breakfast . do stretching and cycling daily.

Many people do not realize that exercise is crucial to weight gain, just as it is to weight loss. Strength training activities include: weight lifting, isometric exercises (push-ups or crunches) and Pilates. Strength training does burn calories, just not as many as aerobic activities. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hi, In past time. I did very heavy exercise. But now I cannot do normal exercise in gym as compared to other persons. Is there any disease? Should I check with doctor?

Hi May be your work schedule, your energy may be exhausted, if you feel worsen day by day consult with local Dr. Just check CBC blood test ,if any abnormal finding get opinion.

Hello doctors, I am 22 year old guy. I am vegetarian by choice I want to be muscular like gymnast. My trainer always used to say me to eat eggs and meat which I could not eat at any cost. So, please provide me with a best solution what I supposed to eat. I am taking paneer and milk daily after gym is there anything else that will help me out. Thanks.

If you want to avoid non veg. There are so many eatable which you can take easily like banana, veg. Smoothy sprouts soya beans soaked figs black raisons. You need. Protein intake. You may take cheese also.
