Hello, you can take albendazole tablet, once in a week to treat the worms of stomach. Take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic, 2 tsp thrice daily before lunch. Revert after 1 month. Take care.

Do not eat before going to gym. After gym you can take breakfast like boiled eggs, Milk with cornflakes etc. in your daily diet add protein like sprouts, cheese , nuts etc.

Hi lybrate-user, not only orally medicine gives you relief. Tinea (Ringworm) Ringworm is a skin infection caused by a fungus. Ringworm can affect skin on your body (tinea corporis), scalp (tinea capitis), groin area (tinea cruris, also called jock itch), or feet (tinea pedis, also called athlete's foot). Often, there are several patches of ringworm on your skin at once. CAUSES: The ring worm infection, also known as tinea, is caused by fungi called dermatophytes and not by worms. The fungus can live off the dead tissues of skin, hair, and nails. SYMPTOMS: 1) Itching 2) Red, circular patches on skin Ayurvedic Tinea (Ringworm) Treatment: According to Ayurvedic philosophy this problem is diagnosed as “dadru”. The involved dosha is kapha- vata. Kapha is an Ayurvedic humour, which symbolizes mucus. It is cold, heavy, dense and sticky in nature. Vata is another Ayurvedic humour, which symbolizes air or wind. It is cold, dry, subtle and mobile. Kapha and vata dosha manifest in the skin and cause accumulation of toxins. These toxins accumulate in deeper tissues of skin like rasa (nutrient plasma), rakta, (blood), mansa (muscles) and lasika (lymphatic). These toxins cause contamination of deeper tissues. Contamination of deeper tissues and aggravation of kapha/vata dosha leads to ringworm. Third involved dosha is pitta. Pitta is third dosha which symbolizes heat or fire. Thus it is tridoshaj disease, in which prime involved doshas are kapha and vata. Diet and Lifestyle Advice: 1) avoid very fired, spicy, sour and excessive sweet foods. Citrus fruits (lemon, lime, orange), chutneys, sauces, pickled food, mustard and vinegar should be avoided. 2) avoid foods made up of white flour such as bread, cakes, pastries, pizza etc. 3) You should avoid artificial foods, fast foods, cola drinks. Tomatoes, excessive salt should be avoided. 4) Non- veg foods should be avoided completely. 5) Tea, coffee, alcohol and smoking are also pitta aggravating. Milk product like yogurt should be avoided. Rather than these foods stress on foods, which are sweet, blend, alkaline in nature. 6) Foods that should be included are grains, rice, pasta, beans, breads, dairy products, sweet drinks and juices. Eating healthy and more is really important to put on fat, eat small & frequent meals, don't skip any meal, eat high calories food without adding bulk to your diet auch as putting extra oil in your pulse, more dry fruits, dark chocolates, more of sweetened beverages, fruit shakes, keep yourself motivated through out the day to eat. Moreover digestion should be proper to put on fat so include more of amla in your diet, amla murabba early morning will be really beneficial.

Hello, 1. Take alfalfa tonic (wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, once in aweek, morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Take eggs, milk, butter, bananas, potatoes, mangoes, figs, oats, soyabean and dry fruits. 4. Do light exercises regularly to keep your body active.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Take almonds and walnuts on a daily basis.

Hi, the causes for going tired with little effort r under noted: * improper intake of calories, causing weakness. * imbalanced glucose level in blood. * gastric disorder. * hypertension/hypo tension. * hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism. * stress, /anxiety I am of the opinion that you r missing your meal and breakfast, being interested in junk food. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. * take your breakfast and meal in time, avoiding junk food. * go for meditation for 30 mts to reduce your stress. * take at least 1200-1600 calories/day. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Or all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Dear, you can easily gain weight by following simple and very important tips: 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight gain, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can some supplement protein such as soya protein, ceratin or dry milk powder. I assure you that you definitely gain weight by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

Shilajit in raw form is not recommended because it have some impurities, it will takes after purification, if purified form is available you can take it, recommended dose of Shilajit is 1gm per day with milk .regarding benefits it is a rasayan medicine it will helps to rejuvenate the body, improve immunity, Aphrodite, control sugar level and so many benefits, during this time avoid to take kulthi dal.
