In today's environment when sun's heat damages your skin more than ever and the pollution plays its part equally there are some of the skin care methods you should know and employ.

While there are tons of products available in the market which claims so high but most of us don't know the use and the particular product types to be used.

Here I am trying to present some common tips that anyand everybody can do and get awesome results.

The few important skin care techniques include following few points.

1) use of least possible cosmetic products and if using them use them judiciously.

2) do these following steps daily procedures if possible twice a day.

A) cleansing: use a good cleansing product to remove day to day dirt and polution from you skin.

B) tonning: use a good toner to massage and tone your skin. Effective employment of this will prevent your skin from early wrinkles and makes it look young for a long time.

C) moisturizing: last but equally important is using a qaulity moisturinzing after these two step. Skin without moisture looks very dull and gets harm very easily.

These steps should not take more than 15 minutes to do and gives a very good results.

In addition one can use a scrub but not more than twice a week to remove the dead skin tissue and which opens up the pores of the skin.

One must wear a sunscreen lotion that contains spf 15 or higher to prevent the sunrays from damaging it whenever going out.

You can also add a multivitamin and multimineral tablet to your daily diet.

Most of the people have a urge to get a fairer skin but in true sense skin with any shed can look nice when maintained with a good care.

Other facts which all know like eating healthy food, least use of oils, drinking good quantity of water are also helpful in maintaining a good healthy body.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* Body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. For glowing skin apply these methods: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes.

Hi Jay patel., If we think from the current practice of the medicine the ayurvedic treatment of acne varies from person to person, individuals prakruti i, e body constitution, age, diet and life styles. In classics different modalities of treatment has been mentioned like shodhana (Panchakarma-detoxification procedure of the body), Shamana (internal medicine). Medication:- 1. Apply acnovin cream on the spots before going to bed. 2. Lodhradi churna-use this powder as a face pack mixed with rose water. 3. Cap Tiktamrith-1 cap thrice a day after food. For 1 month. Tips:- 1. Clean & clear the face at least 3 times a day. 2. Keep the face oil free. 3. Avoid heavy fast & junk food stuffs. 4. Avoid spicy & more salty food. 5. Don’t handle the acne like using nails and all. 6. Instead of soap one can use the herbal face pack to clean the face. 7. Don’t rub the face offenly while face wash. 8. Take plenty of fruits

How to get a better glowing skin? I always see myself up in the mirror and I feel that my skin both facial and arms are not completely hydrated, though I drink a lot of water and also I have started to see that my beards are turning red slowly slowly.

I am 28 years old. My skin is dry. I have dark patches in my underarms as well as many part of my body like bumps, inner side of thigh. Please suggest me any ointment to remove these dark patches quickly.

To remove dead skin cells and lighten your underarms, rub a lemon wedge on the skin for a few minutes. Leave the juice on your skin for about 10 minutes and then wash the area thoroughly. For better exfoliation, you can sprinkle a little sugar on the lemon wedge and then use it. Do this a few times a week.

I have spots of chickenpox on my face for one year. What should I do to remove it?

Hi, You can apply homoeopathic Schwabe's Topi-Berberis ointment over them twice a day daily. But if there are pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. but getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible or else you can consult a dermatologist.

I have been taking Tamdura for prostate enlargement and my urologist suggested Dynapres 4 mg one at nite as he finds the prostate is steady. My PSA is 0.742 and I do not get up in night fort passing urine. I have slight irritation while passing urine and he has asked me to take syrup cital with water thrice a day. Please let me know the side effect of Dynapres. 4 mg.

How can we regain our elasticity on face. Which diet I have to follow to regain elasticity? Please help me.

1. Avoid the sun and/or use a good sunscreen. Sun damage is well-known to wreak havoc upon the best of skin. All sun worshippers that do not take heed pay the price with lax, leathery skin before their time ~ not to mention the risk of many dangerous skin cancers. The sun screen should be o Broad-spectrum protection (protects against UVA and UVB rays). o Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 30 or greater. o Water resistance o Preferably Homoeopathic SUNCARE SUNSCREEN ( BAKSON). 2. Drink plenty of water. Water is what nourishes our cells?it is present in EVERY cell in our bodies. But, many people do not drink enough of this elixir! And, without proper hydration, skin will appear dull and listless ~ lacking the elasticity that gives us our youthful appearance. What is the proper amount of water to drink per day? This is a controversial subject, but I recommend 9 cups for women and 12.5 cups for men. 3. Do not bathe in hot water since this has a harmful effect on the skin integrity, damaging it and drying it out. 4. Use a good moisturizer! Preferably Homoeopathic ROSE MOISTURISER ( SBL) 5. Partaking in regular exercise can improve skin elasticity. It is recommended to have 30 minutes of aerobic exercise to improve circulation for the skin. This gives the benefit of feeding the skin and removing any waste products more effectively. Hence, you will have a more youthful skin. 6. Proteins make up the matrix of our cells and thus are very important for good collagen and elasticity. Eat these top proteins for good elasticity: almonds, peanut butter, salmon, sardines and eggs. 7. One remarkable finding (from recent studies) found by dermatologists is evidence that lutein, an antioxidant found in egg yolks, spinach, and other leafy greens may improve skin elasticity by almost 20%. Lutein is also found in topical face products. 8. Fish oil capsules taken on a daily basis can do much for skin elasticity. This is very important if you are on a diet or have already lost a lot of weight?fish oil is one of your best weapons to combat laxity and looseness of the skin. But, be sure to follow the dosage directions on the label (and consult a physician before taking anything) since the wrong dose may be harmful or dangerous in bleeding disorders (or other medical conditions). 9. Also, it?s important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables for good skin elasticity. And, of these ~ the best ones to eat are as follows: ? Red Peppers ? Oranges ? Grapefruits ? Strawberries ? Broccoli ? Carrots ? Mango ? Apricots ? Sweet Potato ? Avocados So, if you have lost elasticity due to poor habits or weight loss ~ the above list should give you a guide on how you may improve your skin starting TODAY. Or, if you are needing a preventative treatment against aging?these habits can take you down the road to a much happier, youthful skin! We don?t have to give in to mother nature, there are always variables we can manipulate to fight back against what our mothers and grandmothers had to endure ~ loose, sagging skin.

Being Ambitious is not bad but it should be subject to natural limtation of oneself. I feel Brahmi based combos, practice of Pranayam and Meditation are useful for u. U will start feeling better in a month.

I am 21 years old girl having hirsutism on abdomen breast .and finehairs on chin upper lip. Is it safe to apply uproot lotion (fem) which is hair growth retardant over all these area for many years? After many years if I stop it will the condition be worse than today?

Hirsutism is mainly because of hormonal imbalance. Hence before using any topical creams please have your hormonal profile done. We also need to know are there any other associated symptoms with them to correctly diagnose the condition you are having. More of testosterone will cause predominant male sexual characters so once have hormonal profile done.

Dear lybrate user. A) apply paste of fresh curd and fine powder of flax seeds on face with gentle massage, leave it for 5-15 minutes and after that wash it with lukewarm water do it for two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice, at night before sleep. C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meal d) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 ml of honey before meals. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

hello, neck tanning may b due to long exposure to sunlight 1.u can scrub ubtan daily on neck skin for a minute or two. 2. apply packs containing medicines like chandan, haldi, manjistha, sariva, triphala once a day as a lep. Remove it after drying.

I work daily in the hot sun & dust, because of which my skin is tanning a lot and turning into black colour. Also leading to pimples. My skin is oily one. Kindly suggest how to protect my face. My body is white and face is getting tanned.

Use sun screen cream to prevent ultra violet radiation and a Panama hat on the head while working in the Sun. Wash your face with soft soap multiple times to prevent infected pimples. Avoid fatty food as your skinis oily.
