How Soda Makes You Fat - Process Explained !!
The amount of people drinking soda on a regular basis has increased rapidly. With cola being the most preferred drink. In fact, more and more people are now substitute plain water with soda drinks. Not realising how it is deeply affecting our organs. Soda beverages contain staggering amount of sugar, with high fructose corn syrup, which is one of the biggest causes of obesity in India.

This is what happens when you drink carbonated drinks.

After 20 minutes- the effects that soda has on your body vary over a duration of time as explained here. For instance, within 20 minutes of drinking soda, you will notice a spike in your blood sugar. Then, the liver responds to this insulin burst and converts massive amounts of sugar into fat.

At 40 minutes- the next stage happens by 40 minutes, when the blood pressure rises due to absorption of caffeine. This is the time when liver dumps a lot more sugar in your blood-stream.

An hour- an hour later, the sugar crash is witnessed, which leads to the cycle of consuming more and more sugar.

Overall health- so in effect, having aerated beverages affects your weight, brain, kidneys, digestive system and even your bones, heat, lungs and the teeth!

2) eat at a time your body absorbs max. Protein - you need protein at any given time of the day but certain time periods aid in increased protein absorption by your body. These are: half an hour after waking up, 30-60 minutes after your workout, and half an hour before sleeping at night.

3) keep calorie intake proportional to physical activity - it is very important to realise that the more physical activity you undertake, greater is the amount of calories that your body requires. So, when you increase your workout intensity or duration, make sure you increase your caloric intake as well.

4) avoid protein bars and shakes - your body is not designed to consume huge amounts of protein in one go, and thus you should avoid the consumption of protein shakes and bars. Always try and get your daily dose of protein from whole-food sources.

5) adopt a healthy lifestyle - no matter what your food preferences, it is not difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle and take care of your diet. Be regular with your diet planning and pick your food wisely.

Why take pills when you can reduce your weight naturally. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief.
