Get yourself evaluated a basic ls spine xray and blood tests - cbc and hlab27 required. After this you need to do core stabilization exercises. Visit a nearest physio for d same.

Back pain with leg pain is not a good sign. If your nerve is getting compressed in your lowback then you get such symptoms. Dont neglect it and visit an orthopaedic surgeon at the earliest. It will b treated by medicine and rest initially follwed by graded exercises.

You need to good shoulder rehabilitation. 1) scapular stabilization exercises 2) rotator cuff strengthening exercises with resistance band 3) inferior trapezius strengthening 4) serratus anterior recuritment exercises 5) stretching of infraspinatus muscle 6) stretching of capsule if tight. Go to a physiotherapist and learn the exercises.

Surgery is not necessary. Surgery is indicated if there is instability in your knee. If you hav a complete tear of acl then your knee is prone to early osteoarthritic changes as compared to your aged individual. If you are active in any kind of sports then its better you opt for surgery. Also this surgery is never an emergency. If you have sedentarty lifestyle then you can avoid it.

U need to do back strengthening and core stabilization exercises. Also get your vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 levels checked. Deficiency can lead to slower recovery.
